Excellent Customer Service
Kay in customer service went to extreme measures to get me a fleece I wanted, but had sold out online. She contacted all the stores to see if there were any more available and sourced one for me! She kept me updated via email, and when she received the fleece she put arrangements in place to get it to me. She was extremely helpful and put a great deal of effort into finding the fleece for me and getting it to me. Thank you Kay!

Busy days during these times in the shops and YES it is important how your customer feels while buying, and where they will spend money. Go to BLANCHARDSTOWN Shopping Centre into DIESEL shop. Good quality items for lower prices (20%off). Very nice and helpful staff, working with big smile and quick hands. Especially thanks for a young girl at fitting rooms, she helped to find the right junior sizes for our kids in the family, and to lovely Theo, who helped with T shirts for men. They were very flexible and helpful to get the size from the back. Lovely Holidays to Everyone

Missing Jeans, No refund !
I ordered a set of jeans on 29th October. Fast forward 2nd December, I still don't have the jeans and Diesel are refusing to provide them or refund me.
They say UPS left the parcel on my doorstep, however it was not signed for. I have no idea if this is true or not, but either way - I don't have my jeans and Diesel cannot provide proof of delivery i.e a signature. We are stuck in Limbo without them seeming to care about the fact they are infringement of the consumer rights act 2015.

We feel this is an unfair review. Having placed your order on Saturday evening, the 23rd of November tracking shows that your parcel was successfully delivered in just four working days. Arriving to you at 9.30 am on Thursday 28th November.
Although we strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt our warehouse is closed weekends and Bank Holidays. During certain busy periods such as Black Friday which in this case,your order was placed, your delivery may take a little longer to reach you.
