Missing Jeans, No refund !
I ordered a set of jeans on 29th October. Fast forward 2nd December, I still don't have the jeans and Diesel are refusing to provide them or refund me.
They say UPS left the parcel on my doorstep, however it was not signed for. I have no idea if this is true or not, but either way - I don't have my jeans and Diesel cannot provide proof of delivery i.e a signature. We are stuck in Limbo without them seeming to care about the fact they are infringement of the consumer rights act 2015.
