Missing Jeans, No refund !
I ordered a set of jeans on 29th October. Fast forward 2nd December, I still don't have the jeans and Diesel are refusing to provide them or refund me.
They say UPS left the parcel on my doorstep, however it was not signed for. I have no idea if this is true or not, but either way - I don't have my jeans and Diesel cannot provide proof of delivery i.e a signature. We are stuck in Limbo without them seeming to care about the fact they are infringement of the consumer rights act 2015.

Your experience appears to be linked to Diesel.com and not us here at Diesel.ie as we do not have a record of your order on our system nor do we use UPS as our delivery partner.
