I don’t recommend this company. Realised I made a mistake on my order but notified them straight away before item had been shipped. Said they couldn’t change it or cancel it and I would have to arrange return for a refund. Fair enough my error but pretty pathetic they couldn’t rectify this before shipping. Lazy customer service.

Would have given 0 stars. SCAMM!! Don’t buy from them specially their bags..I got their 1DR bag in pink as a gift in December 2022 but because of the colour I rarely used it. I take super good care of my bags but this bag peeled all over my clothes yesterday leaving all the metallic bits all over it.
I was shocked to see this happen as it was my only 4th or 5th time wearing it. With all trust, I contacted Diesel but they said they can’t do anything as it has passed 2 years warranty.. it is clearly the low quality material that they have used in the making of this bag which deteriorated within 2 years, so it was appalling to me that they couldn’t even offer repair service.
That bag was a waste of money as I can’t wear it anymore and it is going to the bin. Extremely disappointed with the brand as it was a gift from friends and wanted to cherish it for a long time.
The bag with that price tag should last longer than mere 3 years and 5 uses. My Primark bags that I spend under £10 lasts longer.
Not the type to complain, but we need to hold brands accountable if they overcharge for low-quality products and do not offer repair or return policies after two years when it is evident that the problem is with the material, not the consumer. I wish I could add the images here.. its shocking to say the least

Threfore, we kindly ask you to verify witin the item you kept if you indeed shipped it and provide us futher details, if it was shipped inside its corresponding box. Please not that non of the items correspond to the indicated price you mention.

WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? the website was down so they told me by email to print out each item and record it manually. I sent an email saying pants were missing.

it is obvious from their messages how incompetent they are. MISSING ITEMS EMAILING THEY WERE THERE, THEN TELLING ME THEY WEREN'T THEIR WEBSITE RETURNS MISSING TELLING THE AMOUNTS I QUOTED ARE INCORRECT WHEN THEY ARE SCREEN SHOTS OF MY ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!

Awful service, not able to try clothes.
Tried 30,31, 32 sizes in different jeans styles. 30W was larger then 32 and 31W was the smalest by far. They don't carry all the sizes, so you cannot try or even order to the store because stores don't accept returns the same way on-line service does. Basically one hopes that new style can be fitting, but won't be able to return $300 items. Clothing stores don't carry their products. Not possible to get customer service to confirm anything. Every new one tells a different story. They don't care about customers. And the stores are much emptier now (nobody was there the whole time I was there).

Poor clothing quality and customer service
I bought a pair of jeans that had a buckle attached with 6 screws for $256 (sale price) online .. only wore them one time and the buckle fell off on the first wash (following the care instructions ) their cloths are just temporary piece/put together and not meant to last.. After contacting them about my concern, this is what I got.

I bought a pair of jeans and they were bigger than a regular 27 size which I always used with them. I emailed them to at least exchange the size because they were extremely large and not true to size and they refused. I’m never buying back from them. Awful customer service

Never return 2 or more items in 1 bag/box
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, got them delivered in 1 box. Didn't like both of them, so returned them both in the same box. Now they're claiming there was only 1 jeans returned. Nothing I can do to prove the opposite. So warning: never return 2 or more items in the same bag or box!! Since customers have to pay upfront they will just keep your money...

Online Theft
Can't make this stuff up. I purchased a hoodie from their website, and they straight-up did not deliver it. When I asked for them to resend it, they said it was in a warehouse and I could come by (lol).
I asked for a refund, and they said well we delivered it to you 🤦🏻♂️
After not replying for some time, not they are telling me that there is nothing they can do about it because the liability period has passed.
So they basically stole money from me, and are even admitting it.
What a joke, not buying anything again from these thieves again.

Pains of ordering from Diesel
So here's twisted messed up saga of trying to order a pair of sneakers.. Ordered size 42 received size 43. European order. No problem, right? Return the wrong ones, reorder new ones - no such luck, my size is already out of stock. A reply from the company didn't offer anything beyond "we're so sorry for your negative experience". Meanwhile i find my size available but on their US site. So I ask my cousin who lives there to buy them for me. He does but his orders (tried several times) get cancelled immediately due to some "issue with my payment". All he gets are those pesky "riskified" automated emails and that's it. So I initiate a chat, ask what's the issue - nothing beyond
"we don't have that information" (exits chat). I start a new one - same thing but with a pretty "give me a minute, I'll see what I can do" bow. I'm pretty sure their system is setup in such a twisted way that if a single tiny detail is not in line with this setup the payment will not go through. And the thing is they won't tell you what that problem is! So you're free to try again in 24 hours! Three representatives simply exited the chat without providing any information. Then the chat disappeared altogether (I think they banned me..). As far as i can tell no one is interested in solving anything. And now i can safely say that this has been the absolute WORSE shopping experience in my life.

One of the worsts customer services I have experienced! I purchased a denim from them and the pocket started to rip off. I fixed it myself first but then it ripped off again and that is when I decided to reach out to their customer service. After almost a month, they mentioned that they can't do anything.

Delivery Scam
I ordered three items, and only one was delivered. I can’t get a refund due the fact Diesel provided tracking details of the package containing the one item.
Customer service is abysmal. They only got back to me once I registered a complaint with PayPal, and that was to ask me to close the case.
I am now considerably out of pocket. Will never buy from these again.
