Unexpected Pleasure
My wife and i went to Diesel to shop for jeans for me. I have always hated shopping. However,this was a most pleasant experience. Due to the kind, pleasant and helpful staff. I didn't get their names. One was a lovely young girl from Dublin. The other girl Mexican, but living in Dublin. We were both so impressed with how they both dealt with us. They are both a great asset to their employer.

Would not exchange a gift, terrible customer service. Still no resolution
My son bought me a Diesel top as a gift, it was not my style nor my size. I brought it back, with labels attached, to the only store in Galway (where he bought it). I chose a different top (both were from the new season) in a smaller size, the same value. I asked if I could exchange one for the other and was told no. I went online to their customer service and after almost a month I was told I needed a receipt, which I explained from the start I did not have. They did not help and I have a top in a bag two sizes too big that I will never wear. Their customer service is terrible.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store (Blanchardstown shopping centre)because of Teo she’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. It makes a big difference when someone goes the extra mile, and she definitely does.She helped me pick up 2 very nice t-shirts because I was struggling and didn’t exactly know what I wanted.Highly recommend,I think every store needs a Teo!

I've bought many t-shirts, jackets, knitwears, sweatshirts, shirts over last few years and today I got to know that it's fake, not the original Diesel. They did not put any declaration.
