Dropped the ball on this occassion 😐
I was sent a very dirty garment on this occasion. Of course small errors may occur from time to time but this was beyond belief in terms of black marks all over the jumper. There was also still a security tag attached so besides the unhygienic condition of the jumper, very little attention was paid to how their customer was going to receive it. Had to be sent back
