Abstract

神経幹細胞調製物を調製するにおいて、クローン性の要件が必要かどうかについて検討することが課題のひとつであり、そして、神経幹細胞を簡便に調製する方法を提供することもまた課題のひとつである。本発明は、Musashi陽性脂肪組織由来細胞含有細胞の生産方法であって、脂肪組織由来細胞を提供する工程;および該脂肪組織由来細胞を、アグリゲーションが生じるに十分な期間浮遊培養する工程を包含する、方法を提供することによって上記課題を解決した。
