Abstract

Un objectif est d'examiner si l'exigence d'une propriété de clone est ou non nécessaire dans l'obtention d'une préparation de cellules souches neurales. Un autre objectif est de proposer un procédé de préparation de cellules souches neurales d'une manière simple. Ainsi, l'invention porte sur un procédé de production de cellules contenant un dérivé de cellules provenant d'un tissu adipeux Musashi positif, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : se procurer des cellules provenant d'un tissu adipeux ; et soumettre les cellules à la culture flottante pendant un laps de temps suffisant pour produire un agrégat.
