The location is very good. It's only a few minutes away of Hagia Sofia and not far from a tram stop that takes you to any tourist attraction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel without any doubt.

Despite its great location it was a bit noisy in the mornings.

I am generally very satisfied with my stay. In particular, the bathroom was very clean and the room - comfortable. The receptionist Kurban was very helpful and kind. Another member of staff, Didar, was also very friendly and made for a great stay!

Upon arrival, my driver for the airport transfer I had arranged through the hotel took about an hour after I checked in at the meeting point to pick me up, and he almost got in several accidents along the way. The return transfer to the airport was flawless, on time and safe driver. A couple of months after booking my reservation, the price of the hotel for my same dates had dropped by over half. I contacted the hotel to see if they would honor the lower prices or price match but they wouldn't. They advised that Booking.com runs discounted specials that they can't control. So book a free cancelation room and watch for specials, especially during the off season!!

The staff and the location were great. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler, even after dark. Walkable to Grand Bazaar and tram line, as well as the Blue Mosque and other main sights. I loved that there were restaurants and other hotels near by but it was away from the craziness of the high tourist areas.

Drinks and coffee at the breakfast could be a bit better, but I did see they would make Turkish coffee to order.

Very well managed small hotel. Ten minutes walk to the major attractions. Room was quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was high standard. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and give guests good advice about how to get the best out of the area and save money by avoiding taxis etc. The room size was adequate but not large. Shower was great. There are slightly larger rooms at front of hotel but mine 401 was a standard double for which I paid around £60 gbp per night which felt good value.

Absolutely wonderful and amazing staff. We had a few issues (my mistakes) I made with the booking and they were quick to get it resolved. They even made special accommodations for breakfast for us during our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

The staff worked together to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were all attentive to our needs. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a fulfilling and enjoyable time. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and very enjoyable. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was very clean . The bed was extremely ]comfortable. Breakfast was self service with a lot of different delicious choices. The hotel is in a quiet area, yet very close to major attractions. It is within easy walking distance of the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. It is near the main bazaar and spice bazaars. The Main Bazaar is adjacent to main tram lines so travel about Istanbul is easy from the hotel.

This was my second stay! Its a brand new hotel. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast was delicious and huge. The location is perfect too as you can walk to all the sights. Or just go for a stroll in the very safe neighbourhood. Most of all, the staff are fantastic - friendly, supportive and super professional. Ill be back!
