Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything. The location is great, everything is very close, so you can basically walk to almost all important moments. The staff was extremely helpful with everything that we've asked and super polite, organized transfer from and to airport without any problems. They also gave us better Room, which was very clean, breakfast was great, so all recommendations for this hotel. Hopefully we'll visit soon.

Minor but the delicious eggs sometimes had meat in them, which is a shame for a veggie.

I would absolutely stay here again. The location couldn’t be bettered in my opinion. Lovely places to eat 5 mins away. Warm and cosy room. Worth paying for the balcony view. Lovely breakfast.

Had an amazing time at Hotel Omiya. The location was great, everything is reachable even by foot (we walked to all tourist locations for most days) but the tram station is 4 minutes by foot. The staff is super friendly and hospitable and we really felt at home there. I would recommend it to anyone as it really gives you everything you need from a hotel stay. Armin & Arijana 🇧🇦

Just a reccomendation at the hotel: I'd prefer a couple more towel hooks in the bathroom to put our towels on for drying

The location is to of the top! 10 min till Blue Mosque, 13 min till Aya Sophia, 15 min till Topkapi Palace, 15 min by tram till Dolmabahce Palace. Great restaurants in a walkning distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. New or recently renovated facilities. Very comfortable beds

The friendliness of all the staff, and Furkan specifically. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and safe. He also arranged the booking for us for a tour on the Bosphorus. Really friendly service from him and the staff in total. The Chef was also so helpful, friendly and always had a smile. So too was the Lady that was there upon our check out. She offered to keep our bags at the Hotel until it was time to leave for the Airport. We will definitely stay at the Omiya Hotel again Thank you Furkan and the Omiya Staff Family

The facilities could have been updated a bit. For example, a light above the bathroom sink for Shaving purposes etc.

We stayed at the Omiya Hotel from Sept 13th to the 20th, 2024. From the minute we got there, Furkan at the front desk took care of us. And when I say, he took care of us, I mean he did it with care and warmth almost like an old friend or a member of the family. He is someone who belongs in the hospitality industry.  He changed our room on the second day to a full sea view room with patio, because we had paid for a partial sea view room.  From comforts in the room, to arranging wonderful side trips and helping us book sightseeing visits in the city to giving us tips about food and shopping, this young man, Furkan, was just remarkable.    In fact, all the people in the hotel -- from Shihdokht, the front desk manager, to Farhad the front desk helper; to the ever smiling young lady, Ramziah, who took care of the sumptuous breakfast every morning; to the bell men and the cleaning staff -- were helpful, warm, caring, and professional without being obsequious.  The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities are more than adequate, clean, and the decor homely, without any hint of luxury. But the warmth and the value make up for the lack of luxury.  Our seven days in Istanbul went off without a hitch even though we, like everyone else visiting Istanbul, were a bit shocked at the inflationary prices for food and drink. Nevertheless, we left smiling. The service staff at the hotel deserve raises.
