      Lack of information about all inclusive services on arrival-we had to specifically asked which they then provided us a leaflet Poor food and pool bar menu-we asked for drink menu and was given only rum, vodka and sex on the beach as the alcoholic choices. Unappetising dinner menu. We were given very thin ?towel which we requested for proper blankets, were told that they couldn’t as the housekeeping office was closed at that time We booked specifically for two beds, and we were given a sofa bed. We inquired for another proper bed, despite multiple communication and being promised that it would be changed, it wasn’t.
