The property had modern finishes, spacious for a couple and had a side view of the ocean from the balcony. Location was also great, close to the Tram stop, close to the Grand Bazaar as well as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia.

Staff were excellent in the whole experience from check in to explaining the orientation of Istanbul and how to best navigate getting around this amazing city. Great breakfast, the genuine Turkish coffee was my favorite.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and so polite. They ensured they gave you that personal feeling. Full marks to Marziya, Shido, Kurban and the other staff on providing the highest quality service. Location is the best and close to all.main attractions in the old city.

Breakfast is poor. It is not the question of the variety, it was decent, but the choice of food was strange to me. Nuggets and french fries sometimes are not the best for the breakfast, if there were more dairy products that are very good in Turkey and decent fruits like apples and so on, the breakfast could be much better

The hotel is near to Çemberlitaş Tram station which is just one station away from Sultanahmet but walking is always a good option especially during evening. The staff led by Mr. Kurban is the real pleasure to meet. Everyone from Remziye, Shidokht, Berat, Shehrzat and the 2 cleaning ladies were all very helpful, pleasant talking. Rooms are appropriate and we had both rooms on same floor so kids had ease to move around. B/fast is simple and traditional however, omelet needs some extra variety like cheese/mushroom or sausages etc. Otherwise it was a good nice stay and look forward to revisit anytime soon.

The staff was really amazing. Ready to help you with everything. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is 10-15 min away from the major attractions in Istanbul. Also, at front desk you can find all the useful information about visiting Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Lovely and new, sea view from our balcony, great air conditioning in rooms, free tea and coffee whenever we wanted, very quiet considering central location, lovely breakfast with lots of choice (loved the olives!) lovely rooms with tea and coffee facilities and fabulous hot shower - couple of minutes to tram and walking distance (7/8 mins) to blue mosque and grand bazaar - and reception staff and manager couldn’t do enough for us including arranging trips - massive thank you to them for all the top tips. Cleaning every day was excellent. Given price it’s amazing value for money and will definitely recommend to family and freinds.

I booked this hotel for my parents, and they were extremely pleased with both the hotel and its services. The room was excellent, and they thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided. one of the most beautiful hotel i've stayed at! Breakfast was superb!! very friendly and accomodating staff, hotel is situated in the centre of old town but still very quiet with lots of restaurants nearby. Complete amenities and nice interiors!! would love to stay here again in my next trip
