Really good value. Good location, clean rooms and the lounge was so cosy with pastries and hot drinks 24/7. Staff were helpful.

Attractively set in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hotel Traveltine Kyoto Kiyamachi is located a 12-minute walk from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, one mile from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and... The staff was wonderful, and the location was excellent. Wantanabe San and the staff went out of their way to help us many times. It snowed most of our trip, but it was still amazing.

This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. - good size of the room and bathroom, with some storing spaces; which good for longer stays - nice quality cleaning products offered to customers (shampoo, etc) - good size and great central positioning of the TV (makes it a nice entertainment experience in bed, after a long day) - friendly staff, always smiling and happy to help - good location, close to restaurants, bars or supermarkets and just 20 min walking to Gion neighborhood - nice amenities: liked to have the possibility to get on our own new towels, tea, a vanity kit etc., from the hallway, close to our room, whenever needed - the sustainability focus of the hotel - cleanses standards were great
