本发明涉及清洁剂,尤其涉及一种抽水马桶用清洁剂及其制备方法。
在每次使用马桶后,若只用自来水冲马桶,不仅无法清理马桶内各种细菌,而且厕所味道难以消除,在冲马桶时使用抽水马桶用清洁剂,可令马桶保持光亮洁净,迅速去除异味。
然而传统的抽水马桶用清洁剂持久力差、杀菌效果不明显、储藏过程中有效物质易分解等缺点也较为突出,并且传统的抽水马桶用清洁剂一般含有磷成品,会对自然环境造成一定污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种抽水马桶用清洁剂及其制备方法,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种抽水马桶用清洁剂,按重量份包括水5-7份、石油磺酸钠4-6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠26-30份、蓝色染料6-10份、缓释赋形剂11-13份、无机纳米抗菌粉0.9-1.5份、咪唑啉35-40份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5-3.5份。
在一些实施方式中:缓释赋形剂为黄原胶与硬脂酸的混合物。
在一些实施方式中:无机纳米抗菌粉为市售的且由锌盐、纳米二氧化钛与氧化硅构成的透明膏状物。
在一些实施方式中:改性的纳米香精的香型可以是松木、松杉、青草等香料。
本发明还提供了上述的一种抽水马桶用清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准确称取自来水,放入不锈钢桶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入石油磺酸钠,待石油磺酸钠固体溶解后,再缓慢倒入具有搅拌加热装置的捏合机中,在缓慢搅拌下,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,此时捏合机内产生化学反应并产生热量,趁热依次加入蓝色染料、稀释赋形剂、无机纳米抗菌粉,保持捏合机内的加热温度在40-80℃,搅拌捏合时间为0.5-1h,之后自然冷却,制成膏状预制体清洁膏;
步骤二:在盛有膏状预制体清洁膏的捏合机中加入纳米香精、原名粉,
持续搅拌30min,直至膏体均匀,随后加工成型成成品。
本发明的抽水马桶用清洁剂在水中释放有效物质,在冲厕时达到去味、抑垢、抑菌的效果,本品为无磷配方,不会对环境造成二次污染。

步骤一:准确称取自来水,放入不锈钢桶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入石油磺酸钠,待石油磺酸钠固体溶解后,再缓慢倒入具有搅拌加热装置的捏合机中,在缓慢搅拌下,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,此时捏合机内产生化学反应并产生热量,趁热依次加入蓝色染料、稀释赋形剂、无机纳米抗菌粉,保持捏合机内的加热温度在70℃,搅拌捏合时间为0.5h,之后自然冷却,制成膏状预制体清洁膏;
步骤二:在盛有膏状预制体清洁膏的捏合机中加入纳米香精、原名粉,持续搅拌30min,直至膏体均匀,随后加工成型成成品。
将抽水马桶用清洁剂放入马桶水箱中,应避免堵住出水口,抽水马桶清洁剂在水箱内部分溶解到水里,每次使用马桶后按下抽水按钮,经冲刷过的厕盆表面光洁无污渍、无异味。
实施例2:
抽水马桶用清洁剂,按重量份包括水6份、石油磺酸钠4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠30份、蓝色染料8份、缓释赋形剂12份、无机纳米抗菌粉1份、咪唑啉38份、三羟甲基丙烷2份。
其中,缓释赋形剂为黄原胶与硬脂酸的混合物;无机纳米抗菌粉为市售的且由锌盐、纳米二氧化钛与氧化硅构成的透明膏状物;改性的纳米香精的香型可以是松木、松杉、青草等香料。
本发明抽水马桶用清洁剂的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准确称取自来水,放入不锈钢桶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入石油磺酸钠,待石油磺酸钠固体溶解后,再缓慢倒入具有搅拌加热装置的捏合

Claims (5)
- 一种抽水马桶用清洁剂,其特征在于:按重量份包括水5-7份、石油磺酸钠4-6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠26-30份、蓝色染料6-10份、缓释赋形剂11-13份、无机纳米抗菌粉0.9-1.5份、咪唑啉35-40份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5-3.5份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽水马桶用清洁剂,其特征在于:所述缓释赋形剂为黄原胶与硬脂酸的混合物。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽水马桶用清洁剂,其特征在于:所述无机纳米抗菌粉为市售的且由锌盐、纳米二氧化钛与氧化硅构成的透明膏状物。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽水马桶用清洁剂,其特征在于:所述改性的纳米香精的香型可以是松木、松杉、青草等香料。
- 一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述抽水马桶用清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:准确称取自来水,放入不锈钢桶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入石油磺酸钠,待石油磺酸钠固体溶解后,再缓慢倒入具有搅拌加热装置的捏合机中,在缓慢搅拌下,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,此时捏合机内产生化学反应并产生热量,趁热依次加入蓝色染料、稀释赋形剂、无机纳米抗菌粉,保持捏合机内的加热温度在40-80℃,搅拌捏合时间为0.5-1h,之后自然冷却,制成膏状预制体清洁膏;步骤二:在盛有膏状预制体清洁膏的捏合机中加入纳米香精、原名粉,持续搅拌30min,直至膏体均匀,随后加工成型成成品。
