Abstract
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'alarme de niveau d'eau qui combinent l'Internet des Objets et des mégadonnées, le système est caractérisé en ce que: lorsque le niveau d'eau sur site au niveau d'une station de télémesure de niveau d'eau dans une ville dans laquelle une plate-forme d'alarme de niveau d'eau est située dépasse un niveau d'eau d'alerte, la plate-forme d'alarme de niveau d'eau (101) peut, au moyen de l'Internet des Objets, envoyer des informations d'emplacement et le nom de la station de télémesure de niveau d'eau au niveau duquel le niveau d'eau sur site dépasse le niveau d'eau d'alarte, ainsi que les noms des rues entourant la station de télémesure de niveau d'eau où le niveau d'eau sur site dépasse le niveau d'eau d'alerte, à une plateforme de surveillance de véhicule (102); lorsque la plateforme de surveillance de véhicule (102) détermine qu'un véhicule cible (103) est présent sur une rue comprise dans les noms de rues, envoyer des informations d'alarme de niveau d'eau, qui comprennent les informations d'emplacement et le nom de la station de télémesure de niveau d'eau au niveau de laquelle le niveau d'eau sur site dépasse le niveau d'eau d'alerte, au véhicule cible (103) au moyen de l'Internet des Objets. Le système et le procédé peuvent émettre une alarme à niveau d'eau d'une manière opportune et sur une large plage, réduisant ainsi les catastrophes et les pertes dans une ville.
