Abstract

 異種金属材料同士の接合の際に異種金属接触腐食を起こしにくいシール性に優れた接合部を形成するための方法を提供する。この方法は、異種金属材料(例えば鉄系材料とアルミニウム系材料)間に熱可塑性樹脂材料を挟み込み、レーザ光源によって異種金属材料の接合部及び/又はその周辺部の樹脂材料をその溶融温度以上に加熱してシール部を作りながら異種金属材料を接合することを特徴とする。
