Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une partie de joint offrant d'excellentes propriétés d'étanchéité. Dans la liaison entre des matériaux métalliques différents, ladite partie de joint est moins susceptible de provoquer la corrosion d'un contact de métaux différents. Le procédé proposé par la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il requiert d'introduire un matériau de résine thermoplastique entre des matériaux métalliques différents (par exemple, un matériau ferreux et un matériau d'aluminium) et de chauffer une partie de joint entre des matériaux différents et/ou un matériau de résine autour de la partie de joint par une source de faisceau laser égale ou supérieure à la température de fusion nécessaire pour réunir les matériaux métalliques différents tout en formant une partie d'étanchéité.
