We were one moment away from death 💔

While evacuating on foot from north to south, my twin daughters Alma and Lama were thirsty. I stopped to get them water, and we were delayed for just a few minutes… Suddenly, a car right in front of us was bombed, and dozens of people were torn apart between the dead and the wounded. DONATE NOW

If we hadn’t stopped, we would have been among them.

My wife collapsed in tears of fear, and my children screamed in my arms. Every step of this displacement is a struggle to survive — with no shelter, no food, and under relentless bombardment.

Please don’t let us die.

We rely on your support for our life, our food, and our medicine.

Save my family before it’s too late

I beg you, please don’t leave us Save my children and my wife before it’s too late — their lives are in your hands

What did my children do to deserve living this nightmare Please donate now to save their lives before it’s too late Every second counts

Donate now We need your help more than ever We are trying to gather the costs for relocation once again and the bombing does not stop We have nothing left and your support could save our lives

In the past 13 hours, I have received only 17 euros Please my children and wife are in real danger. Every donation from you could save their lives. Don’t leave us alone—donate now before it’s too late

Please save the lives of my three children and my wife now Every donation from you can mean the difference between life and death Don’t let their hope be lost

Donate now Do not ignore the cries of my children. Your donation can save my three children and my wife

Don’t let my children’s cries go unheard — donate now

I beg you please don’t abandon me — my children’s lives are at stake. Donate now to save them

Do you want my three children to die before your eyes before you help us? I beg you, please don’t ignore us — donate now and save their lives.

My children are trapped between death and suffering They were just innocent kids who wanted to play, who did nothing wrong — please save them, your donations can bring them safety and life

Please Aya and her family afford to evacuate to the southern part of the Gaza Strip!!

Aya Hassouna is a Mother of four children, one of which she gave birth to less than a month ago. Recently it was announced that Netanyahu will be striking the area Aya and her family currently live in. They will be displaced.

Due to increased demand and ever higher prices, it is hard for her to afford to buy the things they need to evacuate. The prices have increased more than she thought they would, so despite an anonymous donator’s incredible generosity, she is unsure if they can afford to evacuate.

Staying means putting her family at risk of being killed by missiles, but leaving means potentially exposing her newborn and young children to surviving without any shelter.

It’s a choice no mother should have to make.

Please if you can help them! Donate, share and reblog! Anything can save them, and time is running out!!!

Her previous campaign was shared twice by @90-ghost

It’s coming up on 24 hours since the last donation!!

Aya and her family need to evacuate. The missile strikes to their home has already begun, they are in imminent danger, but they do not have enough money to be able to leave. A tent costs 2000$, transportation would cost 1000$ and they would have to pay 300$ a month!

We are so close to helping them get to safety! We are only 500$ away!! If you can donate please do!! Aya has a newborn daughter, as well as 3 young children all who are at risk of being blown to pieces! She gave birth less than a month ago, she needs your support to get shelter and safety for her children!! Please donate to help save this family!!

The psychiatrist Carol Liebermann claims that student protests are actually misdirected “rage” about the COVID-19 pandemic. The psychologist Jennifer Gittleman suggests the youth are seeking “comfort” after they were “denied socialization at a key point in their lives”. This continues a long tradition of pundits and so-called experts trying to silence protest by hand-waving away activists as too emotional, and not logical enough.  In 1971, columnists bemoaned the “sudden outbreak of anti-war emotionalism”. In 1965, Irving Kristol speculated that counterculture activism was “not merely about Vietnam, or civil rights…” He accused students of chasing “a sense of personal power” because they were “bored”. Today, Lieberman seeks to psychoanalyze pro-Palestine activists without hearing what they have to say. She addresses a — very real — collective trauma instead of treating students as rational adults. In her eyes, activists are hysterical, placing emotion over reason.  I do get emotional when I read about dead humanitarian aid workers. I do get emotional when I see soldiers play with the underwear left behind by refugees. I do get emotional when I see the most powerful nation in the world use my tax dollars to carpet bomb orphans. I’m not ashamed of that. I don’t think it gets in the way of logic. But more to the point — if logic gets in the way of love, then there is no reason to give it your attention. The universal love for your fellow humans has to be more important to you. Otherwise, what are we doing here?

If you learned anything from my article, please consider donating to the Alanqar family. They've been vetted (@gazavetters number 644) and I have personally spoken to them via Zoom. They are who they say they are -- and they're raising children in a famine

Just two days ago, the IPC declared Gaza in a state of official famine (UN-backed).

My four children – one of them still an infant – and I nearly starved to death, if not for the help of brave and compassionate people like you.

But today we are still standing on the edge... With your donations we can survive, and with your shares our voices can be heard. Together, you can help keep four children alive who are still clinging to life. Stay with us. Stand by us. Every share, every donation, is an act of saving lives.

My wife, my four children, and I are in a state of complete collapse. We do not know if we will survive in our homes under the bombardment, or if we will be forced to flee again, and to where.

Israel officially announced the occupation of Gaza City and the forced displacement of its residents to the south. Today, the army announced the mobilization of more than 50,000 soldiers, with an extension of service for another 20,000 for this operation (Source: Al Jazeera - FT.com)

Imagine a family, exhausted from wars, with no basic necessities, facing an entire army supported by the strongest countries in the world, whose soldiers are all gathered to target unarmed civilians.

Our hearts shake with every explosion, and my children’s little hands tremble in fear with every sound of a plane. They ask me, “Why are we leaving our home? Are we going to die?” and I am powerless to answer. Everything around us is collapsing, and every step we take is full of danger. Even the simplest living essentials have become a distant dream: a small tent, sleeping mats, blankets, cooking tools… everything is beyond our means. Fear permeates every breath we take.

Today, we are forced to start gathering our belongings and packing our bags for a new displacement. The children do not understand why we are leaving our home for the third time, and their small tears cling to our clothes as we try to protect what little we have left.

Please, imagine yourselves in our place… my four children shivering in my arms, and I am unable to protect them. Pray for us, support us so we can move to a safe place in southern Gaza. The occupation and displacement have been officially approved, and no one will show us mercy.

I pray that my four children survive this time and stay safe… remember us well, as these may be our last words before facing the next danger.

We want to share this with you.

You know that my children Adam, Lian, and Sarah attend a private school for learning, and you have helped us make that possible.

Adam’s teacher lives in a camp, inside a tent on the street, near the place we rented. Because of the long distance to the school, she kindly offered to accompany Adam every day to and from school.

Ten days ago, we were shocked to learn that her husband, due to a financial crisis and his inability to buy food, went to the so-called “death trap” distribution centers to bring back some food for his family. But he never returned… he was killed. A bullet pierced his head and ended his life.

He left behind his wife, Adam’s teacher, who earns only $120 a month, and three children: the eldest, Zakaria, about 13/14 years old, and two younger ones.

A few days ago, I shared with them some of the food I had bought from your donations. But to my heartbreak, I found their 13/14-year-old son, only three days after his father’s death, standing at a small stall selling falafel (Middle Eastern chickpea patties) for $7 a day to help his mother and siblings.

For days now, I cannot stop thinking about their suffering. My heart breaks for them. How can a child who just lost his father try to stand on his feet so soon? But here in Gaza, we don’t even have the time to mourn our fathers—we think only of how to keep the living alive.

My conscience weighs heavily on me. That is why today, instead of writing about myself, I chose to write about them.

I ask you to help them, because that may at least allow them to survive and manage a little.

So, here is my decision: any donations that reach my account from the date of this post with repeating numbers (such as 11 – 22 – 33 – 44 – 55 – 111 – 555) within one week will go directly to them.

And if anyone donates other amounts but wishes it to go to this family, please just send me a message on my blog and let me know.

This is the least we can do to ease our conscience… and we beg you, please do something for them.

And know this: I chose to speak about them and not about my own family, even though we are suffering too—because I love my people, and I cannot bear to know I could help but chose silence. I do not want to be selfish. I do not want to live with the pain of knowing that I could have told you about them but didn’t, just to collect donations for my own family alone.

I will attach a link to my campaign.. Donations will reach them through the agreement above. I also hope you will share this widely and quote it to your followers. Perhaps we can bring some hope to the hearts of this family.. Also share this story outside of Tumblr. If it works, I'll let you know how it went for them after I tell them that some people sent you this amount of money.

Hello everyone.. In this post I am trying to help a family who do not have a campaign.. Despite my circumstances I help them with my donations that you help me with and I share with them what I buy.. So I decided to show you their story.. And the donations will go The money you donate to them will reach them as written in detail above.. And because my conscience does not accept that I see a family like them in need of help and I do not move to help them.. Therefore, I do the impossible to make them happy.

They can also donate to us as usual at the same time. And so that their donations don’t get mixed up, since the currencies are different, some of you might not be able to donate in equal amounts like 11–22–55–666. Please let me know through a message, a comment, or by adding a quote from you that you donated such-and-such amount to the Zakaria family.

Please donate if you can, if for nothing else, so that a child can grieve the murder of his father instead of being forced to take over his responsibilities in order to help his family survive!

My little boy, Qais, is starving in Gaza, his fragile body fading with every passing day. The famine has stolen his childhood and is threatening to take his life. Your donation today can mean the difference between Qais surviving or slipping away forever. No child should die of hunger, and you have the power to save him.

The famine in Gaza is man-made, a tragedy that is killing children one by one:

1. The blockade has cut off food, clean water, and medicine, leaving families with nothing to survive on.
2. The obstruction of humanitarian aid prevents life-saving supplies from reaching starving children like Qais.
3. The destruction of farmland and markets has erased every local source of food, making hunger inescapable and deadly.

Every one of these reasons pushes children closer to death, and my son Qais is among them.

I am a mother begging the world to hear me before it’s too late. Qais is slipping through my hands, his small body weakened by hunger, his eyes dim with pain. Please, I plead with you — don’t let my baby die in silence. Donate whatever you can and help me keep Qais alive. Your kindness could save him from famine’s cruel grip.

When a father can’t feed his daughters, the pain cuts deeper than any wound.

I’m Musab, struggling with a painful shoulder and in desperate need of surgery. My daughter Lama’s hand is injured, held together by a metal plate.

There was a time when donations helped us put food on the table, but now, they have almost stopped—and I can no longer feed my daughters even one meal.

Every day, my heart breaks a little more. I beg you, please help us—your donation is the only hope that keeps them alive.

“Have you ever seen a child drift into sleep, his tiny body trembling, clutching his pain instead of a blanket?

Have you ever tried to serve a meal made of patience because there was no food to place on the table?

Hisham, my youngest, wakes up crying with hunger just longing for a small sip of milk or a tiny piece of biscuit. Today, he broke down in painful sobs because he saw a banana in a video and begged me for one. A banana. That’s all he wanted. But in all of Gaza, there’s not a single fruit to be found. Imagine the pain of a father who can’t give his child even that. In that moment, I wished the earth would swallow me. That’s how powerless I’ve become.

Qusai, my gentle son with the beautiful face, looks at me every day and asks for just a bit of flour. But even flour is now a luxury we can’t afford. His innocent hope shatters me.

And Eileen, my sweet little girl—this famine has stolen her light. She no longer laughs, no longer plays. It’s as if her spirit is slowly fading away before my eyes.

🆘 This is our life now: If you have money, you may live. If you don’t, you die quietly, from hunger Please we are running out of time.

Save us. Save our children.

In the darkest times, a helping hand can be a lifeline. My friend Samer and his family in Gaza are suffering from hunger and malnutrition, especially his young children—Qusay, Eileen, and Hisham. With their income cut off, even basic food has become a daily struggle. Let’s leave a mark of hope, no matter how small. Your donation could mean a meal for a starving child or a moment of relief in this humanitarian crisis.

Please share to spread the word.

Yesterday, Maryam asked me a question far beyond her years: “Baba… I want to live in a prison” When I asked her why, she said: Because they eat meat and chicken and all kinds of tasty food. I saw it in a show I watched with my cousin. Baba… at least I’d get to eat better.”

I smiled, thinking she was joking. But when I looked into her eyes, I saw something different a mix of sadness, honesty, and longing. I didn’t know how to respond. What kind of world makes a child wish to live in prison?

Imagine a child’s only wish… is to be imprisoned. Because in prison, there’s food. Because in prison, the night isn’t bombed. In Gaza, even dreams are broken. This is horrifying.

5 hours have passed without a single donation…But we know you’re more generous than that.We trust your hearts and believe you won’t leave us in our time of need. Our hope in you is great stand with us, as you always have.

5 hours have gone by without a single donation… But we still believe in you in your kindness, your compassion, your ability to make a difference. We’re holding on, trusting that your hearts will answer before it's too late.

Donate for Dr. Dareen's family. They have more than one child and cannot provide food due to famine. They need money to buy a little food for their family. Do not hesitate to donate to them.
