How much would you give for a single slice of watermelon?

Hundreds of dollars?

Would you risk loosing a limb?

Would you risk your life?

Manny people in Gaza would, because the risk of being shot to death is worth the chance to keep the hunger at bay for a little longer.

Manny parents in Gaza would risk never seeing their children again, just for the chance at filling their sons and daughters aching stomachs.

For manny people in Gaza, this situation isn’t a hypothetical, but a reality.

For my good friend Aya Hassaouna, this is her life.

Aya is a Palestinian mother of three. She’s pregnant and is due to give birth within a week.

While most women would be surrounded by family, preparing a nursery, and taking their last few neonatal vitamins, counting down the days until they can meet their baby, Aya is worried what malnutrition has done to her child.

Her husbands foot was injured a couple of months ago, and became painfully infected. He can therefore not help provide for her and her children. Aya is responsible for her family’s survival alone. She doesn’t know how she will get to a clinic to give birth or who will take her there. She doesn’t have any clothes for her baby. She doesn’t have any food to feed her starving children. She has lost friends and family, yet cannot stop to grieve them, lest she or her family die to.

The situation worsens as the violence and bombings continue, aid and food is still blocked from entering, and nessesaties become luxury’s. The weight of the terror, hunger, sadness, anger and hopelessnes that Aya carry’s become heavier and heavier with each passing day.

They cannot escape. They are trapped in a cage and starved. They are being killed in the most slow and inhumane way imaginable.

The only reason her family has been able to survive at all is because of the generous donations of the people here on the internet.

Please help Aya and her family afford food, clothes for the baby and medicine for her husband and ill child!! Help them survive this hell made by Israel!

If you can spare anything, even just a dollar, please donate! Your contribution, no matter how small, could be the difference between life and death for Aya and her family!! Even if you can’t donate, please share, both with people online and irl, reblogg, spread it to anyone who might listen and donate!! Ayas life could depend on it!

Your shared donations and voices have become the lifeline that is keeping Aya and her family afloat! So please save a mother and her children!!!

Ayas previous campaign was shared twice by @90-ghost!

there is no justice for palestinians unless the zionist state is dismantled. eyad and his family (vetted campaign #24) have been displaced, yet again, by isr*el's onslaught of bombs. he had to flee from his house when he had heard rockets fall around him.

below is a video of what is happening in gaza right now, as the world turns away – if you turn the sound on, you can hear the person behind the camera weeping. the explosions are so big that they send bodies flying out of buildings.

please continue to share and donate to eyad's fundraiser. it has not received any donations in almost a week. the genocide is not going go away simply because we stop caring.

Take a stance and be on the right side of history, so that when you look in the mirror, you know you didn’t ignore the pleas of innocent people, begging for anyone to help them! To know that you where not complicit in the murder and genocide of a people! To know that you didn’t look the other way when you knew children where being murdered just because it was easier than facing the morbid truth!! Share, reblog and donate what you can!!

Is it possible that after two years of genocide, after everything we owned was destroyed and our city turned into ruins and a city of ghosts… you choose to leave us now?! How can you sleep while my four children sleep surrounded by destruction . in a place now only inhabited by rats, mosquitoes, snakes… and also ghosts, darkness, and fear?

My children are still terrified of the life we live now .. after a trauma that shattered their minds and hearts, after witnessing the bombing, the massacres, the genocide scenes no child should ever see. Who will heal them? Who will bring them safety again? They need psychological care, they need someone to restore their trust in life. I’m just a father who lost everything, trying only to keep them alive.

I’m sorry that all I can do is ask for your help… This war is bigger than me . it needs countries to bear its weight, not a simple man like me. If you still see us as human beings, then do something.

Your donation isn’t just charity . it’s a humanitarian act that saves lives. Don’t underestimate your share or your repost; it could be the difference between life and death, between a child who survives and another who doesn’t. Please, don’t look away… we’re still here, trying to survive 💔

If you can't donate, sharing the post instead can potentially get someone who CAN donate to see it

If this doesn’t move you, then nothing human remains in you.

Please don’t stop supporting the Palestinian people even if a ceasefire goes through!!

The war may be ending but Aya and her family, among many others, have still lost their homes, their friends and family, their livelihoods and their health.

They will be suffering from the trauma they’ve experienced. Their children will be spend the rest of their, lives not only dealing with the long term, and permanent, affects of starvation and malnutrition, but also the loss of their childhood innocence, the setbacks to their education and the long term trauma of surviving the violence, bombings, hunger, seeing dead bodies and sleepless nights listening to bombs and missiles explode in the distance, wondering if they will get to see sunrise.

If you can, please donate to Aya and her family!! Any amount could let them begin to rebuild and begin to heal!! Share and reblog as much as you can!!!

Please Aya and her family afford to evacuate to the southern part of the Gaza Strip!!

Aya Hassouna is a Mother of four children, one of which she gave birth to less than a month ago. Recently it was announced that Netanyahu will be striking the area Aya and her family currently live in. They will be displaced.

Due to increased demand and ever higher prices, it is hard for her to afford to buy the things they need to evacuate. The prices have increased more than she thought they would, so despite an anonymous donator’s incredible generosity, she is unsure if they can afford to evacuate.

Staying means putting her family at risk of being killed by missiles, but leaving means potentially exposing her newborn and young children to surviving without any shelter.

It’s a choice no mother should have to make.

Please if you can help them! Donate, share and reblog! Anything can save them, and time is running out!!!
