There is no lift in the hotel. Its very annoying as you have to take your suitcases via staircase and they do not have people to carry your luggage to your room. You have to take your luggage yourself to the rooms via staircase which is quite difficult and frustrating.

The room was a bit small and bed could be more comfortable. There's light noise from the street especially tram and the restaurant next door.

The location is close to all the shops, restaurants and tram. Staff was helpful and nice, had no problem with anything. Asked for water they gave us for free and added juice, asked for hairdryer also got it immediately. I wanna say I appreciate the woman who is in kitchen during breakfast and cleaning up. Works very hard with smile on her face. Appreciate her. breakfast and the terrace is also nice, you can use it even during evening to rest after busy day. Easy check in and check out.

The housekeeper and the lady who prepares breakfast were not friendly, they wouldn't even respond to us when we said good morning. We smiled at them and they just kept looking at us without any reaction. In 10 days in the same hotel, they didn't even say hello or smile at us like we did. One time my mom went to the rooftop terrace to get a glass of water, because we don't have a minibar in our room. The lady who was preparing breakfast was staring at my mom and thought she was too early for breakfast. She even told my mom it was too early. Breakfast starts at 8:30, and my mom went up to the rooftop to get a glass of water for her medicine at 8:00. Concerning the room was a bit small, the housekeeper doesn't put everyday a new shampoo and shower gel and she doesn't change the sheets....

1.The location was great, close to all the sights. 2.The guy at the reception helped us fiind a taxi to go to the airport.

No lift

The hotel is very close to major attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, just a 5-minute walk away. During check-in, the staff even upgraded us to a larger and more comfortable room. The room was also clean, and the bed was soft.

It was clean, nice, modern. Breakfast was good and diverse. This was our second visit of the hotel and they improved a lot of things ( since the first time we were there). We booked 5 rooms this time and every room was perfect. Location is perfect! Staff was helpfull.

The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport, but it was sent to the wrong address. I nearly missed my flight and had to pay €140 extra for another taxi. When I contacted the hotel about this serious mistake, they stopped responding properly and even replied with just a question mark. This unprofessional behavior was very disappointing. I will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com.

The hotel is located directly on the tramway line, taxis and airport shuttles cannot reach the entrance. We had to walk quite a distance with our luggage, which was especially tiring after a long journey. Another thing to note is that the hotel does not have a lift—only stairs—so if you’re staying on a higher floor or have heavy bags, it can be quite a challenge. Staff members help you with luggage, but the lack of a lift isn’t ideal if you have mobility issues. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety or flavor, which was disappointing. It’s okay if you’re not fussy, but don’t expect much. Although the tramway is just outside the hotel, the nearest stop is approximately 10 mins walk away. The biggest issue for us was the noise. The rooms are not soundproof at all—we could hear loud conversations and movement from other guests throughout the night. Even the early morning call to prayer comes through clearly. Light sleepers may struggle to get a good night’s rest here.

The hotel is in a good location— perfect for walking to many of the city’s historic landmarks, which made sightseeing very convenient. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated during our stay.

Taxis don’t reach in front of the hotel because of the tramline and traffic. You need to walk to the hotel from the taxi stop around 200 meters.with luggages it’s quite difficult.Outside noises come inside if you are staying near street side rooms.

The location is very convenient, close to all attractions within a 10 minutes walk like topkapi palace,blue mosque, Hagia Sophia,Gulhane park.staff very helpful.lots of restaurants nearby.value for money.

Nothing about the hotel...just that Istanbul/Turkey is more expensive than we expected.

Great staff, clean, excellent location in Sultanahmet district and very close to the main tourist attractions, allowed early check in and good breakfast. Our transfer communicated with the hotel staff and helped us with our luggage to find the hotel by meeting us at the nearby drop off location. Hotel did the same when we were headed back to the airport. Their restaurant food was good and offers no service charge/10% discount if staying at this property. Təşəkkür edirəm!

Staff at the check-in are away a lot of the time and sometimes you have to wait more than 10-15mins for them to show up even after calling them multiple times.

No lift, only stairs. not suitable for senior citizens. If you're traveling with babies, kids, or elderly people, this hotel is not recommended. The breakfast was the same throughout my 6D5N stay. It would be great to have more variety

This hotel is within walking distance of most tourist spots and is also near the Gulhane tram station.

The employee was very nice and polite. The tv did not work. The bed was bad and shorter on one side so it moved a lot. Location is good.
