The windows are not soundproofed and you could hear the tram anytime it passed in front of the hotel so it would wake us early in the morning. It’s close to Hagia Sophia so the bells were also waking us. We had one room that could not sleep in one night at 2am because some people were on a balcony smoking and making noise just under their room. We were a big group, 9 rooms, and in one of the nights we celebrated 2 birthdays with some champagne and some turkish delight, we asked to go in the breakfast area, but it was not allowed, so ok we went in one of our big rooms. We didn’t have any music, we were only talking and laughing and at not even 10PM (at 10:30PM we were all in our rooms anyway to sleep) someone from the stuff told us at first they had 6 complaints about our noise, which it was sure a lie because at the end of his speech they were only 3 complaints, probably they were none considering how many rooms we had booked in the hotel and that it is a small hotel. And their attitude about this was not at all nice/welcoming.

The location was great, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty.

The room is a bit small and crowded but otherwise good.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Enough coffee, milk, and sugar for evening and morning coffee. Warm bedding and great aircon for the cold.

Taxi will not drop you infront of the hotel because of the tram line so keep this in mind. No elevator in the hotel use the stairs.

Small hotel but newely renovated very clean. The bathroom was very good and big the shower was awesome hot water all the time. The tram station was infront of the hotel. Ayasofia and blue mosque 5 mins walk.

I would recommed breakfast personal to check on juices sometimes, orange juice was soured and with bad smell. In the room there was hole behind the air condition and a lot of dust and dirt was visible but not a big deal. Maybe fixing the hole with something would be great. Also on the shower floor there were black spots maybe from the shower gels so this seemed dirty.

It was my second time in this hotel and I would come back for the 3rd time with pleasure. Its ubicated 5mins walking to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, also like 10mins walking to Bosphorus. Nice personal as always. We felt really good there.

Nothing really. We just arrived on a rainy day but the terrace is covered so you can also sit and relax there. Maybe the stairs not good for people who have bigger luggages, but staff are willing to help.

Central Location. Nice staff. Arranged our transport promptly although may reply a bit slow online. The terrace is lovely. Breakfast is okay. There is free wifi but you may need to connect and reconnect at times. Bed and pillows are comfortable. We got an upgrade room and also the receptionist surprised us by putting me and my friend's room adjacent to one another. Also when we asked; he called the airport driver to make sure that our friend was able to get to her booked airport pick up.

The stairs impacted comfort with no elevator, but this is common around old buildings in the old part of town. Was otherwise great.

great location in the heart of the old part of the city, short walk to many attractions and tram station just outside the hotel. Great breakfast, lots of choice, reception very helpful and speak English. Value for money.

Cars not allowed outside hotel due to tram line so transfer had to walk a couple of min round corner to get picked up and dropped off but wasnt much of an issue

Location is great in between two tram stops for the T1 service. A couple min walk to lots of bars and cafes in both directions. Sophia , tokapi palace , Gulhame park , cistern museum and blue mosque all couple min walk away or less.
