They don’t deserve this question

By character wise all the staffs was very friendly, good communication, cleared our most of doubts, helps us in the worst situation, I couldn’t see any harsh behaviour. If im gonna coming back my one and only option is this heaven. Also I’m very very interested in meeting these guys ( 3 guys (( one special one only forget to ask his name))):) again in future. Thankyou all for ur all kindness shown until we leave .

Location. Location. Location. 1 minute walking distance to tram station, 5 minutes walk to Haga Sofia and Blue Mosque, 10 minutes walk to grand bazar. Breakfast was excellent. Mustufa was a great help. Gave us good guidance on getting around Istanbul and using the trams. Airport transfer was very well arranged. They have a restaurant next door with great Turkish food. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was great! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and perfect staff. Yhe highest praise for Mahran and Mustafa who do everything to make you enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and we'll see you next year.

I booked two rooms, both were not cleaned throughout my stay even though i requested for them to be cleaned and only the bed was made everytime. Wifi was really bad especially in the rooms further away :( The bidet was broke in one room and smelt so bad and the bathroom mirror was broken. The other room had someones hair on the door when we had arrived so it wasn't clean from the start. None of the rooms had slippers which was included in the price. The mini fridges just about kept our drinks room temperature. Breakfast wasn't topped up throughout the breakfast period so if you arrived late there was barely any choices to choose from. They also don't have a lift so bare that in mind if you cannot walk up many stairs.

Location of the hotel is very good as it has many tourist attractions in walking distance such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Staff are very friendly and you get a discount at the restaurant right below it which was good and the food is amazing.

The staff always smiling and helpful, they even helped us transport our suitcases to our transit Helpful smiling housekeepers The hotel is next to a Gulhane garden where we always end our day after hours of walking (rest/quiet and secure) Really close to a Gulhane tram station and close to the Sirkeci metro station

Hardly any humanity around the area and bath screen was broken, room was not airy and noise was coming from next door. Not sound proof at all. Hardly any wifi signals. I’ve never had such a poor experience in any hotel.

Absolutely poor location, property was very out of the way and didn’t worth money. No room service no Lifts.

This hotel is a real gem. Located literally across the road from the famous Yerebatan (Basilica cistern) next to Hagia Sophia you won't get a better location. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is simply amazing on a lovely terrace. Staff very helpful. Unbelievable value for money! Strongly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I really like the staff and their attitude towards guests. Breakfasts are always tasty and filling. First of all location, its the best, it close to near trim station which helps you a lot. Everything was so good, cleanest, food, stuff. Everybody was so kind and helpful. They help us with everything, for places that we want to visit, guide. We are coming soon, and we already gonna be choose this hotel.

the location is perfect, very nice and lightly rooms. the staff is extremely friendly, they help with everything and even met us on the next street from the transfer point, helped us with luggage on both ways ( when check-in and check-out). We have booked 2 standard rooms, but the hotel gave us 1 standard room and 1 for 3 people, so we could have more space. the check-in desk is open for 24 hours, the breakfast is also nice and located on the green terrace upstairs. highly recommended to stay here :) A lot of thanks to the Empress Theodora Hotell

Nice and clean place, right behind Haghia Sophia and Blue Mosque, also walking distance to Grand Bazaar. Nice and helpful staff. Not to forget cute breakfast on the balcony on top of the building.
