Great stay and thanks to Samad! I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable and clean, but what made it even better was the staff — especially Samad. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage and even gave me a list of great places to visit. Thanks to him, I felt more confident exploring the city.

When you book a triple room, you expect there to be a proper extra bed besides the king size. The single bed wasn’t comfortable😓 at all, so the three of us ended up sleeping in the same bed.🤷‍♀️

Dealing with the hotel reception was great. Emirham is a very good guy , really helpful and super friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent!!!!

I found the beds to be a bit hard, and I wished I had extra pillows -just my preference.

The host, Samet, was friendly and very helpful. He was quick to respond, answered questions, and helped when we needed it. He is honest and reliable. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Istiklal Street, a busy pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. The hotel is on a quieter street, which is nice. The place was safe and secure, and is a good choice for the cost. We had the basement unit, which is a bit dark as it has one window, but most of our time was spent outside exploring, so we didn't mind it. They had nice big towels. There was a laundry service for 7 Euros a load.

We liked everything very much, the good location of the hotel, the price and quality match! Emirhan met us, he was very friendly, helped us lift our suitcases to the room, was always happy to help us, polite and friendly! I advised you to visit a couple of places in Istanbul. The room was clean and pleasant, we lived on the 4th floor without an elevator, but after a couple of days we got used to going up, but people with children and the elderly were accommodated below, so you can safely choose this hotel.

The sleeper couch in our room was not very comfortable.

Location is perfect, close to metro, tram and main attractions and the infamous Istiklal street. Samet and his team were amazing, very helpful and arranged transportation from and to the airport, he also provided us with info on really good breakfast and dining places with really good food.

The host is one of the best I have met in a long time. Ali is absolutely warm, kind and helpful at all times. The location is great and well connected to main points and transportation. Apartment is clean and super comfy.

Our first room was next to the entrance, so anyone going in or out was audible. I hope they soundproof that room, because that was the only issue we faced. After communicating with the hosts, they very quickly helped us move into another room available that was bigger and quieter. Their strong hospitality skills really helped make this a quick resolution, and we are overall very happy with our stay. I'm giving them a 10 because of everything else that was very strong, and in the hope they do rectify the sound issue for that first room.

The location is excellent, right at Taksim so all kinds of public transport and food options are available. As with most of istanbul, it is located on a hill, but is not that steep so it was a comfortable walk up/down with suitcases as well. While the area is generally lively and can be loud too, the hotel is on a relatively quiet part of the street itself so outside noise was not a problem. Check in was easy enough, even though we arrived fairly late in the night. The rooms have all the basic facilities you need + more in the kitchenettes attached. Lots of different kinds of glasses and cutlery available. Everything was clean. The packaged slippers are an extra nice touch. The hosting staff were all very lovely and helpful, and quick to respond to any issues or requests.

The location was very convenient. The flat was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was amazing, very friendly and in communication all the time. Samed went above and beyond for our holiday to be great. Thank you! 😁 will stay again when we visit Istanbul again.

The stairs are a little narrow so makes it harder if you have heavy luggage but we managed just fine and the staff helped us carry them which was so nice

The room is spacious, modern and well decorated. We felt very much at home staying here and loved it!
