We had the first floor room, next to the main entrance and if they other people are not nice it could be a bit noisy. The shower was a bit broken but they had the piece to replace it already.

The location is great because you are not in the main tourist area so you will need to walk around 30 minutes to the bridge but the are has a lot of nice people nice local places and the main road (with all the shops and lights is just 10 minutes from the hotel). The owner was amazing giving us some good trips and places to visit.

The bathroom is really small especially in the larger suites. The hotel does not have an elevator.

The location is good. Close to Taksim Square. The hotel managers Samit and Omer are very friendly and always willing to help. They even helped to carry our luggage to the room. The larger suite is a decent size for a family.

It was noisy. We stayed just for a night and it wasn’t a big issue but if we have stayed longer it would have been uncomfortable as we were in the first room right next to the main door (first floor) facing the street

The location of the hotel was excellent, just couple of minutes away from Taksim square. Our host was very kind and informative, he helped us organise an airport transfer. The room was big enough, it had a small kitchen. There was a smart TV with Netflix.

First of all the staff has a smile real face all the time. Family room is spacious enough clean and tidy modern furniture everything was perfect. Very close from taksim square 4 mins walk with exceptional advantage the hotel's area is quiet to relax not like most of hotel there around taksim good place but noisy. Thank you all the staff especially Mr. Samet all the time he is on.

The shower room is quite small but is usable.

Property is only a short walk from Taksim square with easy access to public transport. The funicular tram takes you straight to the ferry station . There are a couple of small shops within a 2 minute walk. The are small cafes and bistros close-by. Location of property is perfect. Samet is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and using WhatsApp makes it so easy to ask questions and he answers almost immediately. He does a great job.

Some of the room's furniture and equipment need upgrades; the sofa bed was uncomfortable; there was no internet (not for their fault) during 3 days but no alternative solution for TV channels was provided; the room is not cleaned every day, at least one day a week the housekeeper is on leave. All these points are not critical but they are the reason for not rating a 10.

The staffs are incredibly and amazingly nice. We always get responses fast, friendly and politely. They are here to help us get around the city, help with public transportation, and give some tips for the tourist. I have to say that the staffs are the highlight of this place. Location wise, it is super close to Taksim square and the busy street next to it. With a few minutes walk you can get to the bus station that take you to the other side of istanbul. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well! As for the rooms, it is well equipped. You can ask for iron, and new towels all the time! The bed is really comfy, and we have all we needed.

Although the house is centrally located, close to Taksim square, where many shops are all sorts of public transportation are available, the street is in the sketchy district of Tralabasi/Dolapdere, packed with irregular immigrants from all over the world and Syria. Nevertheless we had no issues travelling through, even in the evening. More and more similar suites are being restored from old houses, which is transforming the environment in a positive way.

Spacious family room. Sleeps 4 easily. Furniture new and good quality. Kitchen amenities are rich, but pan needs replacement. Beds are comfortable, airco new and works perfectly. Samet is a very resourceful and kind host. He helped us with extra utensils and advice. It is an excellent bargain for cost vs benefit.

Very friendly staff welcoming you with a big smile. They made sure we could have an early check in after a long flight which was perfect. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The area is lively but also quiet and very easy to get to with the metro.

Best one for the deal available. Its at the end of the street. But just 5 mins walk from Taksim square. Nothing to complain about. We have really enjoyed our stay. Huge space for a family of 4 with all basic facilities.

Location was fairly central and close to taksim square. But it's quite far down the road and the area was dark and dodgy especially at night. I might not stay here if alone, but in a group was okay.

Got the room at the top floor and there is no lift. So with kids, it does get difficult
