Water temperature in shower fluctuated. A kettle and some coffee would be great.

Facilities were clean, bedding and towels clean. Fresh towels provided daily. Well air-conditioned, comfortable room. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and also communicated to check arrival time.

Some of the facilities weren't great but it wasn't surprising considering how cheap it was. The shower taps kept breaking off and there was no lock on the bathroom door, and there was a stain on the ceiling, which mightve been damp or mould.

Location is great as it's a few minutes from the train station. The staff were helpful and friendly, as the receptionist let us leave our luggage there before our check in time so we didn't have to pay for luggage storage. Our room was cozy and all the toiletries we needed were provided. It was a good, cheap option for somewhere to stay for a night, so if you're not picky and want something cheap I'd recommend it.

Not being advised of city tax when booking. We arrived and had to pay 30 euros cash. Understand it’s a thing but some warning would’ve been nice as in having cash in hand for check in… Aircon was average and hardly cooled the room but it was bearable. Fridge was super small wouldn’t fit a large water bottle. Also a kettle in the room would’ve been ideal.

After reading previous reviews I was honestly preparing for the worst. But oh boy were we pleasantly surprised!! The building itself has different hotels on all levels. They seem to be all under the same owner/operation. We booked for a room in hotel Termini but were given a room on level 4 with a different name. The room was super spacious!! Large wardrobe with a full length mirror and a practical bathroom. It’s one of the best rooms we have had on our backpacking trip. Our level only had 3 rooms and a large open dining area with a lot of seating. Which we used for eating take away pizza etc. Would stay again!

Room door lock security was questionable, open windows on stairs were airy but concerning if children were to stay as window sills very low and unforgiving.

I am not very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It doesn’t seem like they cleaned it properly, especially the bedsheets and pillowcases. Fortunately, I always bring my own disposable sheets.

The location is great, but there were no clear instructions on how to enter the main gate before accessing the reception area. Also, the hotel name was a bit confusing because the booking showed "Hotel Termini," but the reception was for "Hotel Cherubini." The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out while we explored the city before our evening flight. Overall, it was a good experience.

Bathroom Toilet edge was about one palm width (say 10cm) from shower frame so could not sit on toilet straight as no room for knees to fit! Data hack in early 2025 soon after i booked so some scammers got my name, email, mobile and dates of my stay, - trying to claim on whatsapp and email that i still needed to pay. Blatant breach of privacy through substandard protection systems. This is always a risk of booking.com whose own privacy officer said it was the hotel who had poor malware protection that led to hacker obtaining my private data. hotel claims it has now fixed issue but reception staff did not even seem to acknowledge the breach of privacy by the hotel management's lack of diligence eg claiming "well hackers get into banks so it happens everywhere" with no acknowledgement that their lack of proper software and systems led to breach of my privacy! There was never any statement from hotel informing of the data leak which EU privacy law requires. If you arrive early luggage left somewhere that any thief could steal as not a secure room. Especially since fromt desk is not always staffed if reception staff attending to another issue. Heads up.

This was the only accomodation available near Roma Termini for the date I needed. Shower drain was clogged. Shower head was in disrepair with someone else's hair wrapped around the fixture. Shower water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cool. Shower door was broken. Toilet seat was in disrepair. Bed was overall uncomfy. The door locking didn't seem very secure and there was a large gap at the bottom of the door. I wouldn't book again unless I had no other options.

Convenient location next to Roma Termini. Staff was friendly and helpful. The electronic key to get into the building was convenient. The size of the room was decent.

Homeless people around, unfortunately but its main train station so I'm not surprised. You can everything behind wall unfortunately but we'll old building I Guess.

Location is fantastic, by walk everywhere. Room was clean every day. Clean towels. Clean room, clean all. A lot of police so actually I felt safe. Lift available. Hot water! Fridge in room. Tv Air conditioner Safe Worth staying for this price

Old rooms, bathroom door broken, shower very small, water has no pressure. The view from the room was towards a garbage place where you could see many rats. I was disappointed that although we check-in the night for 6 hours, we asked for 1 extra hour at check out, and they didn't want to help us unless we paid another 30 euros. At least, you could leave your luggage after check-out. The location is fine, very close to train and metro station.
