Positive section of review
Next to the beach and connected to restaurants/bars on the beach, so you don’t need to walk far away! Great host team, they were very helpful. You should have a car as it is easier to explore around. The dinners, fish and wine exceptionally good. If you can stay and eat at the hotel, it is better than in the nearby restaurants plus you do not need to wait too long for the service.

Spacious, most modern conveniences, including A/C, great location (remote yet close to everything from great gelato, pizza and supermarkets, as well as wineries). A great terrace for evening meals. Safe. Bed mattresses were comfortable. Cooking facilities good enough for even more elaborate meals if desired (but get some sharp kitchen knives please).

A shed for bikes would be useful, but Sonia accommodated our bikes without any issues. The bright halogen intruder lamp at the gate could be turned away from the windows.

Stayed for one night. Free parking. Very polite and nice staff. Replaced the refrigerator, which did not work, despite our late arrival. Very good restaurant with a large selection of very tasty pizza, practically on the premises. Excellent breakfast for a 3* hotel in Italy. There is something to compare with )))

The room smelled of tobacco, which was very noticeable at night. We didn't bother the staff, as we left early. Booking should provide a choice of non-smoking rooms. There is not a single hook for towels in the bathroom!

We were visiting for a wedding. Accidentally we were right opposite the venue so could not be better placed. The apartment was spotless and had everything and more that we needed. Beautiful views from balcony and perfect outdoor space. Only downside was we were not there long enough to appreciate it.

Only negative was all the stairs to get to the apartment but what do you expect being on the side of that beautiful lake.

We had a lot of trouble with check in. We checked in before we came, but got no instructions about where to find keys and how to get in until we were there and contacted the host. We had difficulties getting in through the door even when we had the code for it, and had to help others who also couldnt manage.
