No vending machines available. When we asked the person at the reception desk said “you can walk around and look for something but I don’t know”… There were several vending machines just across the street… so reception was less than helpful.

Some facilities were closed but that was because it was the very end of season. I would come back in the future.

Reception staff very friendly They offered to give me early breakfast because I had an early flight Two free beers in fridge! Decent breakfast spread.

Having been here before was really looking forward to it booked Seaview deluxe, what we got only grip rooms 119,121,123,125, while having a Seaview the flat roof of the restaurant takes from everything should definitely be at a discounted rate as I booked two, only disappointment was I didn't bring it up at reception

Spotless, comfortable, quiet room with lovely views. Excellent breakfast, something for everyone. Particularly liked the egg station where you could order fried eggs, omelette or pancakes. Room well laid out, tea and coffee facilities, comp water and San Maguel in the fridge. Pools lovely and drink service to your lounger was a bonus. Very reasonably priced drinks. Short taxi ride from the airport but not under the flight path. Plenty restaurants and bars nearby but 20 mins from downtown Palma. My new favourite long weekend destination! p.s. the music by the pool Sat night was excellent.

There was absolutely no management of the limited sun beds. People literally race to the beds as soon as the pool opened in the morning and threw towels down. They would be gone for hours! They would claim a chair, go eat breakfast, spend the day in town, go to the beach and come back at one or two in the afternoon and claim the chairs they’ve been holding all day. The staff did nothing to manage this. They should really pull away the towels after an hour of nobody using the chair. There were signs that said not to do that in the room, but the race to the pool in the morning was super aggressive with people pushing people out of the way to claim a bed, especially the few that faced the ocean. It was kind of funny to watch if it weren’t so frustrating to not be able to get a bed that simply has a towel as a placeholder. Also, the air conditioning was kind of weak. We thought something was wrong with it but it’s just how it was. It made the room marginally cool, but if you are from a place where you’re used to strong AC, where you want to be greeted with a nice blast of cold air on a super hot day, this is not happening. If you were able to pack a small fan to set on your night table, that could do the trick. Personally, I was fine but a couple of my friends found it uncomfortable. Those are the only negative things I have to say about this fabulous resort!

The location is fabulous! It’s an amazing value, I love that it’s adults only! That was super important to my friends and me. The food was wonderful! Although we had only gotten the breakfast package, one night, we decided to buy dinner and it was- are you sitting down?- €14! I thought I misheard and they said 40 which would’ve been quite reasonable given the fact that there was fresh fish, steak, chicken, paella, meats and cheeses, soups, full hot and cold foods, dessert bar, you name it, they had it. The service was very good. Our server, Santiago, was particularly fabulous, and we hope to see him next summer!

Rooms are modern, however the hotel lobby could also benefit from modernisation. Even a simple thing such as changing the chairs could make a big difference on first appearances. Aircon in the rooms wasn’t great. Even after leaving curtains shut and AC on all day, the room was still not cold by the evening. Shower design flaw means the bathroom floor gets soaked and very slippery after using the rainfall shower. Pool loungers were not the comfiest.

The hotel was close to the airport and Palma, situated right on the beachfront. There were two separate pools with plenty of choice of sun beds. Rooms were spacious with lovely sea views and a great rainfall shower. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was brilliant and the hotel had tried to accommodate for different dietary preferences for dinner.

Everything was fabulous . If I was giving a bit of feedback towards the beachfront access , there is none from the pool, we are sitting by the pool looking straight at the beautiful beach but you have to go out through bar and hotel to get to beach, other places have a gate with the swipe card of your room for access in again . It would be so handy might be worth looking into ,Just a thought. But everything was perfect for our 5 night break . Loved it and highly recommend it. Thank you .

The close to the airport about 5 mins on taxi door to door. Beside the beach Adult only A cake left in our room for my husbands birthday lovely touch The rooms were cleaned sheets changed , clean towels every day . Breakfast was beautiful, great selection of all sorts, waiter service at the pool for drinks. Nice quiet area but close to bars and resturants. Highly recommend it for a relaxing break . We were giving this hotel by recommendation of other people that were there. Great choice.

Booked 2 rooms in our Group and were given dude by side but could not communicate across the balcony due to tall glass. Really silly should have options for parties together. Sun-loungers are so so noisy when being moved around the pool. The metal scrapping on the floor is constant and distracting to those relaxing! That was the biggest bug bear of the stay. Other than that all staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location on the beach excellent. Great size pool and sunbathing area with lots of beds and parasols. Sea view room was great aspect looking to the sea.

The poolside beds are a bit uncomfortable, could probably do with an upgrade as many had lost the bounce meaning you are resting on a support bar. The night time reception guy upon our arrival at 1.30am was rude and impatient with us. The day time reception however were lovely and helpful.

Great views, 50m from the hotel to the beach, staff was friendly and was worth the money. Highly recommend to visit. 2 swimming pools, tennis court, restaurant with views looking out to the sea.
