I had a room for 1 person, there wasn't much space where I could put my suitcase. My towels weren't replaced one day. I could ask the reception though. A door at the shower cabin would've helped since the bathroom turned into a swimming pool after a shower. The food wasn't really my taste. The freshly prepared fish was okay though.

Great staff, nice facilities (pools, sunbeds etc) nice location. Newly renovated rooms.

Reception is understaffed, they were all very good, but there just wasn’t enough of them. Check in felt unnecessarily long winded and as a result there were often, long queues.

The location is perfect, the beach within metres and more than enough restaurants to keep you happy. exceptionally clean and a fantastic breakfast.

The Hotel was great, very clean, all the staff is super friendly. The location could not be better, just a 10min drive from the airport and the beautiful beach is just across the road. The room was perfect, not a very big room but perfect for me, everything was very clean and I had great bathroom with a fantastic shower. Honestly the Hotel was better than I expected, I would totally recommend this hotel.

the hotel is just in front of the beach, you can take the sun on the room terrace and go to swin into the beach in 2 minutes. The instalations are like new, and clean 24x7

the hotel is just great. I would book there again at any time. I am therefore already looking forward to the next time. Rooms are well equipped. balcony is big. and the people who work there are as friendly as I have seldom experienced in hotels before. Tennis court and the 2 pools are also very good and the service is great all around.

The area is so and so....great beach and very close to palma and the airport. But buildings around are pretty dated and not very nice. The hotel itself was a bit dated but fully renovated on the inside. Overall I was impressed by my stay

2 pools are great. Even if the hotel was fully booked, the pool was never crowded. Big buffet, wonderful eating area with ocean views. Rooms are renovated, all with a balcony.

The room was too small for the price we paid, the Wi-Fi could have been better, no toiletries in the bathroom, the hotel was not fully refurbished as it says in the description, only parts in the room. Hanger for wet clothes was old, rusty and broken, we had to ask several times before we got another one.

Adults only, two swimming pools, the food was good, nice personnel in the restaurant.

Outside pools were freezing..we went in may..had to book sauna..would have liked a shower cap included as a toiletrie

Liked that there were 2 pools .no problem getting sunbeds..location fab..near airport and palma city....rooms were spotless..staff were lovely ..breakfast was lovely . Its a quieter area but if you take the little tourist train it brings you to Arenal which has more nightlife if you want that.
