Positive section of review
It was the perfect resting place for a pit stop. The beds were confortable, we had a reasonable wifi connection and the staff were eager to provide us with information. The restaurant next to the table was the cherry on top: amazing seafood paired up with delicious soups.

Perhaps the fact that the air conditioners weren't as powerful as we might have expected. This did not prevent us from resting, however.

Very clean, cheap, pool is quiet enough in the off seasons with no kids, there is a book swap at reception which is a nice touch. Really good value for money, just bear in mind if you don’t have a car, it’s probably not the best location for you

The pool closing times, I think they could be later given its high season. The beds are also very hard but this is just a European thing, bear in mind all the double beds are actually two singles pushed together. This was fine but something to bear in mind for couples

Breakfast was not great. The “hot” offerings were tepid at best. The cold breakfast was a little better. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very central.

Stayed here on numerous occasions and never disappoints. Very handy for airport bus and Atocha railway station plus easy walk to mains sights.

Modern and comfortable hotel with all facilities and with surrounded by quite a few bars, some restaurants and a couple of supermarkets.

The apartment is well located, outside of old town, but a short walk from it. It was big, the AC was working great

The apartment was very dirty. Some dirty pans in the kitchen, the floor was clearly not cleaned with it sticking to your shoes in some places. Even the toilet was clearly dirty after someone else. Some towels were dirty as well. We sent the host some photos and they came to clean it the next day, but it was hard to have it scheduled as they wanted to come when we were out of the apartment with all our belongings there. In the end someone came when my husband was still there and cleans. But later another person came and opened the door with the key without even ringing the doorbell. This was not ok, no one should enter the apartment without our knowledge. I didn’t like the way the whole mess was handelek at all!

Staff weren’t helpful in resolving an issue I had. I had issues with the washing machine which they replaced with a dirty machine that stained my white clothes with black spots.

No shade outside, Pictures completely different. Toldo broken, no child cot when asked for over 5 times and 3 phone calls. Sent to the wrong location. THIS IS NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY APARTMENT. glass tables with very sharp edges, wires hanging out of the walls. Sharp kitchen countertops.
