branded as new, hip, different, but really just the same as other hotels. tight accommodations in the room and bathroom. Hip/cool decor? WHO SLEEPS ON WOOL PILLOWCASES???? No refrigerator for our lunch items. Tiny sink. All windows face alleys and it really echoed the city noise.

beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Location to trains and busses was close enough to walk if healthy.

As there is no fridge, no mini bar in room, no room service and no vending machines, once the wine / cocktail bar is closed at around 22.30, you can have nothing to drink... except as suggested to me from a staff member the tap in the bathroom. Also lots of tour groups - urgh!, I went on business, so no I don't / can't have breakfast after 8.30am as suggested to everyone not on a tour.

You have to use your key for the lights, the fan in the bathroom is on for 15 mins after you turn off the bathroom light, our door handle broke and the staff said they’d fix it and never did. It looked more upscale in the photos

Price of room was a bit high for the value offered, but that is probably driven just by being in Interlaken. Bathroom was quite small.

Hotel was ok, but din't spend that much time in it to have a more precise view. Location is good, not great because it requires a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) from Interlaken Ost station. Breakfast was really good, with an assorted offering.

Wifi is extremely slow. Not really a K bed but 2 singles merged into 1. Blankets and towels are very small.

Location is very accessible with lotsa shops, supermarkets and restaurants around. Rooms are spacious and clean with lotsa windows for good ventilation.

Water pressure was bad. Even though we got a balcony but there was a strong neon light shining. Another strong neon light on another window. You cannot open the curtain and it was noisy at night. Wifi was a bit weak.

Nice location with 5-8 mins walk to the west station and a bus stop to east station right in front of the hotel (by walk for around 20 mins). Great breakfast with hot and cold choices (and friendly staffs in the busy breakfast room who keep refilling the food, really appreciate). Surprising to have a coffee machine, kettle and sparkling water at room. Room was clean and modern.

The room was slightly cold but not even worth me mentioning really. I’m really having to clutch at straws to find much they could improve on!

The view from the room was amazing and the staff were lovely. It was extremely clean and the facilities in the room were excellent.

At the first i choosed this hotel in all of another hotel in interlaken because hotel have couple bed. Same time at the moment booking, also requested for couple bed. but finally we get 2 twins bed put beside together with 2 mattress and 2 single blankets. We don’t like it, it made us get painful at backside.

There are some tiny complaints with the bathroom but they don't affect much. I don't really like the faucet of the sink because I couldn't bow my head to wash my face. Besides, there wasn't a door or a curtain to separate the shower and the rest of the bathroom so when I took a bath water was spilled out. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

The first impression was surprising. The room was kinda large and has a really nice smell. The bed was really comfy and there were a lot of spaces to store your things. The bathroom was great too, and a hair dryer was provided. The location is perfect! It takes only 5 minutes to walk from the train station and surrounded by a lot of restaurants, stores and supermarkets. There is a bus stop right infront of the hotel too. The view from my room was very nice. However, by the time of my stay there was a construction site but it was not noisy at all. Breakfast was brilliant with a wide variety of choices. The best part for me was the free skiing lesson by professionals covered in the total cost and I had spent a day full learning to ski and it was really really fun.
