The location was excellent with nearby transportation, close to major attractions and walkable. The Front Desk employees were excellent specifically Rhys and David. They were super helpful, attentive and receptive.

We had a wonderful stay at a very nice hotel with a great location for families and nightlife. However, I want to clarify some information regarding parking. Booking.com mentioned that there would be a parking area, which might lead guests to assume that self-parking is available as shown on the map. Unfortunately, there is no self-parking adjacent to The Sutton; only valet parking is offered, which costs $50 plus tax (and taxes in Toronto, Ontario, are quite high). So, parking is not inexpensive. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Our room had some minor flaws, but what hotel doesn’t? A perfect hotel doesn’t exist! In summary, our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the service at the front desk was outstanding. We will likely consider staying here again during our next visit to Toronto.

The only minus for me was that there was no tea and no electric kettle

The staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival and I even got the room before check-in time, so huge points for that. Beautiful lobby and facilities in general. The room was very spacious and really comfortable. Comfortable bed and a good shower, I didn't need anything else. Granted, my stay was short, only one night. There is a coffee maker for people that like coffee.

It would be perfect if they had a small breakfast cafe where you could take coffee and items to go. A sauna or infrared would be nice to compliment the swimming pool.

Wonderful time at the Sutton for my spouses bday weekend. The hotel, facilities, staff were top notch. The women’s day gift and bday gift were the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back - a hidden gem in the ideal and walkable location!

The reception was incredible. Very smooth and easy check in and very considerate. We checked in on March 8 until the 9, and I feel terrible for forgetting her name but she was professional and made my experience there what it was.

Convenient, right in the heart of entertainment district. Close to many amazing restaurants/bars/theatre. Rooms are nice and big, and kept in tiptop clean condition. Very prideful in keeping up their standards with the rest of the hotels around. Highly recommend this place.

why does the pool only open at 8.00am? surely no one traveling on business can get to use the pool as it opens so late. I brought my swimming gear but was sadly not able to use the pool as I had to get to meetings for 9.00.
