Lack of staff support and guidance, i could not find a lot of the available facilities, everything was automated from the time of check in till check out, would have been nice if someone was there to welcome us and show us around.

The only thing I didn’t like was it was a shared bathroom with another room. However, there was access to another bathroom if necessary.
