La présente invention peut fournir le dispositif de traitement de la peau du type à rouleaux comprenant : une poignée pouvant être tenue par la main ; et un élément d'articulation disposé entre des rouleaux à aiguilles pour administrer des médicaments dans la peau par pénétration cutanée de micro-aiguilles faisant saillie depuis leur surface circonférentielle externe globale pendant le roulement dans un état de contact de peau selon le fonctionnement de la poignée, ce qui permet d'améliorer la performance de rotation des rouleaux à aiguilles et, simultanément, d'améliorer l'aptitude au roulement.
