Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil de climatisation de véhicule (1A, 1B) qui est pourvu de : un boîtier de climatisation (C) qui est pourvu d'une pluralité de boîtiers divisés (C1 à C3) qui sont assemblés les uns aux autres de façon à former un passage d'air, le passage d'air comportant des ouvertures (K1 à K4) comprenant des parties de jonction (26a, 26b) pour assembler la pluralité de boîtiers divisés (C1 à C3) les uns aux autres ; et une porte coulissante (11) qui est disposée de manière coulissante de façon à ouvrir et fermer les ouvertures (K1 à K4). Les boîtiers divisés (C1 to C3) comportent des surfaces de tirage (T1) à proximité des parties de jonction (26a, 26b), les surfaces de tirage ayant des tirages à un angle prédéterminé qui sont créés pendant le moulage de résine. Le boîtier de climatisation (C) comporte des évidements (A), qui sont formés à proximité des parties de jonction (26a, 26b) sur les surfaces de tirage (T1) et évidés dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air. Sur la porte coulissante (11), des tirages (T2) qui sont des tirages inverses des tirages des évidements (A) sont formés sur la longueur totale de la porte coulissante (11) dans la direction de coulissement.
