Abstract

Recharge monodose (1) d'un produit alimentaire pour la préparation d'une boisson comprenant une partie conformée en demi-coquille (11) et un élément de fermeture (22), sous la forme d'une feuille, ce dernier étant fixé de manière irréversible sur une collerette terminale (111) de la demi-coquille (11), ladite demi-coquille (11) et ledit élément de fermeture (22) étant constitués en matériau biodégradable. Machine (200) pour la fabrication d'une recharge monodose (1) comprenant un châssis (201) porteur d'un chariot (210) pourvu d'un poinçon de découpe (213) d'une préforme, à travers lequel circule, pour obtenir une partie conformée en demi-coquille (11), un poinçon d'emboutissage (215) de ladite préforme, les opérations de découpe et d'emboutissage étant localisées en un même poste.
