Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au mobilier de repos et de tourisme, et concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'un système comprenant deux articles de mobilier réciproquement transformables, à savoir une chaise longueur et un transat. Le résultat technique consiste en une simplification et une meilleure rigidité de la structure. Ce résultat est obtenu du fait que le procédé d'assemblage du système de meuble portable pliant se caractérise par l'assemblage du meuble à partir d'un ensemble d'éléments linéaires distincts fait d'un matériau flexible. L'assemblage se fait sur trois montants porteurs (deux avant et un arrière) dans lesquels sont formées des ouvertures pour insérer les entretoises. On tend un matériau flexible sur les entretoises fixées sur les montants. Les positions assise et allongée sont déterminées par la position réciproque des montants porteurs. Afin de conférer de la rigidité à la structure, les montants avant sont connectés au montant arrière par des étais. Aux endroits où ils se croisent, on installe des entretoises supplémentaires individuellement pour chaque position. Les extrémités des étais sont connectées aux montants avant dans la zone d'insertion des entretoises.
