Claims (4)
- ショット材に運動エネルギーを付与する運動エネルギー付与手段と、
ショットピーニングの施工箇所の形状に合わせた形状に形成され、前記運動エネルギー付与手段が直接又は間接的に取り付けられて、前記運動エネルギー付与手段の振動をショット材へ伝達する振動子と、
を含むことを特徴とするショットピーニング装置。 - 前記振動子は、凸形状又は凹形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショットピーニング装置。
- 前記振動子の表面は、曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のショットピーニング装置。
- ショットピーニングの施工箇所の形状に合わせた形状に形成され、ショット材に運動エネルギーを付与する運動エネルギー付与手段が直接又は間接的に取り付けられて、前記運動エネルギー付与手段の振動をショット材へ伝達することを特徴とするショットピーニング用振動子。
