Abstract

本発明は、健常人ボランティアや被験者に負担をかけることなく、ADCCアッセイ用の均質なエフェクタ細胞を大量に得ること、及びこれを利用したADCCアッセイ系を構築することを目的とする。本発明によれば、細胞表面にFc受容体を発現した、継代培養可能なエフェクタ細胞株が樹立される。より具体的には、組換えウイルスベクタによりFc受容体遺伝子が細胞の染色体に組み込まれた、NK細胞由来の細胞株が樹立される。
