Abstract

 本発明のアルカリ乾電池は、電池ケースを封着する組立封口体と、負極端子板に装着される絶縁リングと、電池ケースの外周面に接するように設けられる外装ラベルとを含む。組立封口体は、発電要素が収納される電池ケース、電池ケース内部のガス圧により破断する薄肉部を有する樹脂封口体および負極端子板を含む。さらに、本発明のアルカリ乾電池では、絶縁リングの内周面に、負極端子板に接触する位置決め部と、負極端子板とともに空隙部を形成する空隙形成部とが設けられる。これによって、アルカリ乾電池の製造工程において、絶縁リングの負極端子板への装着不良およびそれに起因する電池の外観不良の発生を低減化するとともに、アルカリ乾電池内部のガス圧が上昇した場合でも、アルカリ電解液のスプレー状の噴出を抑制する。
