Abstract
La présente invention concerne une batterie alcaline qui comprend un élément de scellement assemblé pour sceller un boîtier de batterie, un anneau d'isolation attaché un bloc de borne négative et une étiquette externe fournie de manière à faire contact avec une surface extérieure du boîtier de la batterie. L'élément de scellement assemblé comprend un boîtier de batterie pour stocker un élément de génération d'énergie, un élément de scellement en résine ayant une partie fine à casser par une pression au gaz dans le boîtier de batterie et un bloc de borne négative. De plus, dans la batterie alcaline, prévue sur une surface de circonférence interne de l'anneau d'isolation, se trouvent une partie de positionnement faisant contact avec le bloc de borne négative et une partie de formation de vide, formant une partie de vide avec le bloc de borne négative. Ainsi, dans un procédé de fabrication d'une batterie alcaline, il est possible de réduire la survenue d'un échec d'attachement au bloc de borne négative de l'anneau d'isolation et l'apparence défectueuse de la batterie naissant de l'échec d'attachement et de supprimer l'éjection de type pulvérisation de l'électrolyte alcaline, même dans le cas où la pression au gaz dans la batterie alcaline augmente.
