四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双瓦楞纸芯的成型复合装置, 具体地说是一种用于四层 纸板生产过程中双瓦楞纸芯的成型复合装置, 属于包装机械领域。
背景技术
本发明作出以前, 市场上多用五层瓦楞纸板, 其结构为: 面纸 +瓦楞 +纸 芯 +瓦楞 +底纸, 这种结构的纸板用纸量比较大, 用胶量也较大。 目前尚不多 见有四层的瓦楞纸板, 而且生产四层瓦楞纸板的装置也较少, 生产的瓦楞纸 也是先将两层瓦楞纸重叠复合, 再与面纸复合, 所制纸板质量较好, 但不节 能, 生产成本有所增加。 所生产的产品与本发明的四层原理完全不同。 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足, 从而提供一种集成型与复 合为一体的四层纸板双瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置, 该装置可以降低能耗, 制得 的纸板坚固耐用。
本发明的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本发明主要采 ;用在墙板上分别设置下瓦楞主辊、 下瓦楞副辊滑块、 上瓦 楞总成与上胶总成; 在下瓦楞副辊滑块上设置下瓦楞副辊; 在上瓦楞总成上 设置上瓦楞主辊与上瓦楞副辊滑块, 在上瓦楞副辊滑块上设置上瓦楞副辊; 在上胶总成上设置上胶辊与匀胶辊滑块, 在匀胶辊滑块上设置匀胶辊。
本发明相比现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、 本发明集成型与复合为一体, 省时省力。
2、 它改变传统的五层瓦楞纸板改为四层瓦楞纸板, 可满足五层瓦楞纸 板的包装需要, 且加工的四层瓦楞纸板, 相比同克重 /米 2的五层瓦楞纸板, 具有基本相同的强度。
3、 本发明在双瓦楞纸芯的复合过程中还可以对上、 下瓦楞主辊进行吸 气, 使成型的瓦楞紧贴在上、 下瓦楞主辊上, 双瓦楞纸芯充分支撑, 保证四 层瓦楞纸板的厚度与强度, 所成型的纸箱坚固耐用。
抗震能力更好。
4、本发明的双瓦楞纸芯的复合成型在常温下进行, 不用加热, 由于采用 高分子塑料黏合剂, 可快速干燥。 而传统的瓦楞成型后所用黏合剂为淀粉黏 合剂需要高温加热后才能起黏合作用, 达到了节约能源的目的。

下面结合附图中的实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
图中, 1、 墙板, 2、 下瓦楞主辊, 3、 上瓦楞主辊, 4、 双瓦楞纸芯, 5、 上瓦楞总成, 6、 上瓦楞副辊, 7、 上瓦楞副辊滑块, 8、 上瓦楞副辊轴承, 9、 上胶辊, 10、 上胶总成, 11、 匀胶辊, 12、 匀胶滑块, 13、 下瓦楞副辊, 14、 下瓦楞副辊滑块, 15、 原纸, 其中 A为面纸, B为瓦纸, C为瓦纸, D为底 纸。
如图 1所示, 本发明的四层纸板双瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置, 包括墙板 1、 设置在墙板上的下瓦楞主辊 2、下瓦楞副辊 13、上瓦楞总成 5、上胶总成 10, 还包括上瓦楞主辊 3、上瓦楞副辊 6、上胶辊 9、匀胶辊 11, 以及下瓦楞副辊 滑块 14、匀胶辊滑块 12;在所述上瓦楞总成 5上设置上瓦楞主辊 3与上瓦楞 副辊滑块 7,在上瓦楞副辊滑块 7上设置上瓦楞副辊 6,上瓦楞副辊 6通过两 端通过上瓦楞副辊轴承 8安装在上瓦楞副辊滑块 7 (如图 2所示), 其它各辊 也均通过轴承或轴承座进行安装;在所述上胶总成 10上设置上胶辊 9与匀胶 辊滑块 12, 在匀胶辊滑块 12上设置匀胶辊 11 ; 所述上瓦楞主辊 3与下瓦楞 主辊 2相轧合, 具体地讲, 上瓦楞主辊 3与下瓦楞主辊 2的轴向齿条的齿尖 为顶对顶式轧合, 如图 3所示。
上胶辊 9与下瓦楞主辊 2或上瓦楞主辊 3相配合, 本实施例中上胶辊与 下瓦楞主辊 2相配合, 即对加工的下瓦楞纸施胶。 同样也可以与上瓦楞主辊 3相配合, 对加工的上瓦楞纸施胶。
上瓦楞总成 5包括上瓦楞滑槽与滑块, 上瓦楞主辊 3与上瓦楞副辊滑块 7设置在上瓦楞滑块上, 上瓦楞滑槽设置在墙板上或与墙板成一体结构。 上 瓦楞总成用于调节上瓦楞主、 副辊与下瓦楞主辊的分离与配合, 根据所加工 纸板厚度的需求, 调节上瓦楞总成 5来满足要求。
上瓦楞滑块上对应设置上瓦楞副辊滑块 7的位置带有滑槽, 用以调节上 瓦楞副辊 6与上瓦楞主辊 3的间距。
上胶总成 10包括上胶滑槽与滑块, 上胶辊 9与匀胶辊滑块 12设置在上 胶滑块上, 上胶滑槽设置在墙板上或与墙板成一体结构。 上胶滑块上对应设 置匀胶辊滑块 12的位置带有滑槽。 匀胶辊 11可在匀胶辊滑块间滑动, 用于 调节匀胶辊 11与上胶辊 9的间距, 从而调节上胶量的多少。
上瓦楞主辊 3与上瓦楞副辊 6相啮合, 下瓦楞主辊 2与下瓦辊副辊 13 相啮合, 上胶辊 9与匀胶辊 11相配合。本发明中的以上各辊均平行设置, 上 瓦楞副辊最好设置在上瓦楞主辊的正上方; 下瓦辊副辊最好设置在下瓦楞主 辊的正下方。
本发明的四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置的工作过程如下:
将瓦楞原纸 15经导纸辊送入相啮合的上瓦楞主辊 3与上瓦楞副辊 6之间 成型为上瓦楞纸,同时,将另一瓦楞原纸 15经导纸辊送入相啮合的下瓦楞主 辊 2与下瓦楞副辊 13之间成型为下瓦楞纸,然后下瓦楞主辊 2再将成型后的 下瓦楞纸带动经过上胶辊 9进行施胶, 最后再带动成型上胶的下瓦楞纸到上 瓦楞主辊 3与下瓦楞主辊 2之间, 使已成型上胶的下瓦楞纸与己成型的上瓦 楞纸进行复合, 得到双瓦楞纸芯 4, 从而完成两层瓦楞纸芯 4的整个成型与 复合过程。 a
复合后的双瓦楞纸芯 4再进一步与面纸及底纸复合, 即可得到四纸瓦楞 纸板。 复合后的四层纸板如图 4所示, A为面纸, B为瓦纸, C为瓦纸, D 为底纸。 成型后的上、 下瓦楞纸是包覆在上、 下瓦楞主辊上的, 在复合过程 中对上瓦楞主辊 3与下瓦楞主辊 2进行吸气, 使成型的瓦楞纸芯 4紧贴在上 瓦楞主辊 3与下瓦楞主辊 2上, 从而保证制得的四层纸板瓦楞纸芯 4能够充 分支撑, 保证其应有的强度。
本发明中上瓦楞副辊 6与上瓦楞主辊 3相脱离,即也可将本装置用于面 纸与单瓦楞纸的复合。

Claims

1、一种四层纸板双瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置,其特征在于它包括墙板(1 )、 设置在墙板上的下瓦楞主辊(2)、 下瓦楞副辊(13 )、 上瓦楞总成(5)、 上胶 总成(10), 还包括上瓦楞主辊(3)、 上瓦楞副辊(6)、 上胶辊(9)、 匀胶辊
( 11 ), 以及下瓦楞副辊滑块(14)、匀胶辊滑块(12);在所述上瓦楞总成(5 ) 上设置上瓦楞主辊 (3 ) 与上瓦楞副辊滑块 (7), 在上瓦楞副辊滑块 (7) 上 设置上瓦楞副辊(6); 在所述上胶总成(10)上设置上胶辊(9)与匀胶辊滑 块(12), 在勾胶辊滑块(12)上设置匀胶辊(11 ); 所述上瓦楞主辊(3 )与 下瓦楞主辊(2)相轧合, 上胶辊(9)与下瓦楞主辊(2)或上瓦楞主辊(3 ) 相配合。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的成型复合装置,其特征在于所述的上瓦楞主辊 (3 ) 与下瓦楞主辊 (2) 的轴向齿条的齿尖为顶对顶式轧合。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的成型复合装置,其特征在于上瓦楞总成 ( 5 ) 包括上瓦楞滑槽与滑块, 上瓦楞主辊 (3 ) 与上瓦楞副辊滑块 (7) 设置在上 瓦楞滑块上, 上瓦楞滑槽设置在墙板上或与墙板成一体结构。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的成型复合装置,其特征在于上瓦楞滑块上对应 设置上瓦楞副辊滑块 (7) 的位置带有滑槽。
