Les pointes des dents des rouleaux d'entraînement sont disposées en opposition. Le dispositif comprend également un bloc coulissant (7) pour le rouleau mené d'ondulation supérieur, un bloc coulissant (14) pour le rouleau mené d'ondulation inférieur et un bloc coulissant (12) pour le rouleau de pression d'adhésif. Les rouleaux sont respectivement disposés sur les blocs coulissants pour ajuster l'espace entre les rouleaux. Dans la structure, la formation et le collage d'âmes en papier ondulé double sont intégrés à une température normale. Par conséquent, ceci garantit l'épaisseur et l'intensité du carton.
