Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un acide nucléique comportant un promoteur nmt::lacO chimérique qui permet le contrôle de l'expression génique dans une levure de fission. Ainsi, un gène contrôlé par le promoteur peut être activé et désactivé. Un tel promoteur est utile pour l'expression protéique dans une levure de fission ainsi que pour des études biologiques dans une levure de fission. D'autres aspects de l'invention concerne des vecteurs, un kit comportant les vecteurs et un procédé d'induction de la synthèse d'un ARN prédéterminé, ledit ARN prédéterminé étant sous le contrôle du promoteur nmt::lacO chimérique.
