Abstract
本発明は、微量な生体試料に対して効率良く遺伝子変化を検出する自動化に適した技術を提供することを目的とする。本発明の遺伝子変化の検出方法は、生体試料から核酸を抽出する工程と、前記1)工程で得られた核酸溶液を、0.5~5μlの容量で、温度調整可能な容器台上に設置された、同一反応容器上の異なる位置に分注する工程と、温度調整可能な装置の温度を調整することにより、反応容器上の核酸溶液を乾燥させる工程と、反応容器上の乾燥させた核酸上に、0.5~5μlの容量で核酸増幅用の試薬を分注する工程と、前記工程で分注した核酸増幅用の試薬上に、3~10μlの容量で核酸増幅用溶液の蒸発を防ぐための溶液を分注する工程と、温度調整可能な装置の温度を調整することにより、核酸増幅反応を行なう工程との後、核酸増幅反応後の産物を検出し、遺伝子変化解析を行なうことを特徴とする。
