Abstract

 広い温度範囲で小さな線熱膨張を示す金属-セラミックス複合材料およびその製造方法を提供する。  金属-セラミックス複合材料は、アルミニウムやマグネシウム合金等の軽金属または軽金属合金と侵入型窒化マンガンとが複合されてなり、その線熱膨張ΔL/Lの変化量δが1×10-4以内となる少なくとも温度幅20度以上の温度領域が-30°C以上90°C以下の温度範囲内にある。
