Abstract
La présente invention concerne un échangeur thermique à tube à ailettes qui atteint une flexibilité suffisante avec des performances de transfert thermique satisfaisantes maintenues et possède une taille et un poids réduits. L'échangeur thermique possède un nombre important de tuyaux droits parallèles (2), un nombre important de tuyaux à coude de retour (3) joints à des extrémités opposées de tuyaux droits adjacents (2), et un nombre important d'ailettes (4) agencées sur les surfaces extérieures des tuyaux droits (2) parallèles les unes aux autres à des intervalles spécifiés. Un réfrigérant est fourni dans les tuyaux droits (2) et les coudes de retour (3). Les extrémités opposées de chaque tuyau droit (2) sont agrandies, et les surfaces extérieures des tuyaux à coude de retour (3) sont jointes aux surfaces intérieures des extrémités opposées agrandies des tuyaux droits (2). Une première épaisseur de paroi de tuyau (T1) et une seconde épaisseur de paroi de tuyau (T2) satisfont la relation (T2) ≥ (T1). Le rapport (R2/D2) entre le rayon de flexion (R2) et le diamètre extérieur (D2) du coude de retour (3) est 1,0 ou plus mais non supérieur à 3,0.
