Abstract
La présente invention concerne une pluralité de tubes plats, des échangeurs de chaleur à tubes plats et des procédés de production de ces derniers. Les tubes plats peuvent être fabriqués et formés d'au moins un morceau de matériau en feuille. Un élément rapporté profilé formé monobloc avec le tube plat ou formé d'une autre feuille de matériau peut être utilisé pour définir plusieurs canaux d'écoulement dans le tube plat. Les tubes plats peuvent être fabriqués dans un matériau relativement mince et peuvent être renforcés par des plis du matériau du tube plat et/ou d'un élément rapporté dans des zones soumises à une pression et à des contraintes thermiques plus importantes. De plus, le matériau de tube relativement mince peut comporter une couche anticorrosion qui permet au matériau de résister aux ruptures dues à la corrosion. Des échangeurs de chaleur comportant de tels tubes reliés à des tubes collecteurs sont également présentés de même que des modes dans lesquels ces tubes peuvent être équipés d'ailettes.
