Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une résine de polycarbonate aromatique ayant une stabilité thermique améliorée pendant la fusion. Spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une résine de polycarbonate aromatique ayant un poids moléculaire élevé, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : faire réagir une solution aqueuse alcaline d'un composé dihydroxy avec le phosgène en présence d'un solvant organique pour produire une solution de réaction d'un oligomère carbonate ayant un faible poids moléculaire; et polycondenser la solution de réaction pour produire la résine de polycarbonate aromatique, la polycondensation étant réalisée de telle sorte que la concentration d'un groupe chloroformiate (CF) diminue de manière constante dans la gamme satisfaisant la formule suivante lorsque la polycondensation se développe. 2×10-4(CF)2+0,0226(CF)+0,95≤(OH)≤2×10-4(CF)2+0,5877(CF)+18,79, où : (CF) est la concentration d'un groupe chloroformiate dans le produit réactionnel (µéq/g), et (OH) est la concentration du groupe OH dans le produit réactionnel (µéq/g).
