Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de liaison de substrat, un procédé de fabrication de micropuce et une micropuce produite selon le procédé de fabrication de micropuce. Le procédé de liaison de substrat comprend une étape consistant à ajuster la température d'une surface de liaison de substrat d'au moins un premier substrat de transmission de lumière (101) et un second substrat (102) ayant un matériau d'absorption de lumière dispersé sur la surface de liaison de façon à être proche de la température de transition vitreuse d'une résine thermoplastique constituant le substrat ; une étape consistant à placer le premier substrat (101) et le second substrat (102) l'un sur l'autre puis à appliquer une pression ; et une étape consistant à appliquer la lumière à partir du côté du premier substrat (101). Ainsi la déformation d'un circuit de fluide dans la micropuce est-elle supprimée.
