Abstract

 本発明は、平均粒径が2~50nmであり、かつ700~900nmの範囲内の波長の近赤外光により励起されたときに、700~2000nmの範囲内の波長の近赤外光の発光を示す近赤外発光蛍光体ナノ粒子であり、下記一般式(1)で表されることを特徴とし、発光強度が高く生体物質標識剤に適した近赤外発光蛍光体ナノ粒子、その製造方法、及びそれを用いた生体物質標識剤が提供できる。 一般式(1):(Y)a(Lu)b(La)c(Nd)x(Yb)y(Pr)m(Tb)nPO4(式中、a+b+c=1-x-y-m-n、0<x+y+m+n<1、0≦a<1、0≦b<1、0≦c<1、0≦m≦0.1、0≦n≦0.1、0<a+b+c<1かつ0<x+y<1である。)
