Abstract

障害原因分析システムは、通信網における障害の原因を通信装置の内部処理の記録内容から推定する障害原因分析システムであって、障害の発生時に前記記録内容の統計的特徴を抽出する特徴抽出手段と、障害原因が既知である過去の障害発生時に取得した前記記録内容の統計的特徴と、障害の発生時に取得した前記記録内容の統計的特徴との類似性に基づいて、障害原因を推定する障害原因推定手段と、を備える。通信装置内部のプロセス・ログから検出した通信網の障害に対して、事例の多寡に関わらず過去の障害事例から障害の特徴と障害原因の間の対応関係を獲得し、特徴のばらつきの範囲を定量的に判断に組み込んで、障害の発生原因を推定できる通信網の障害原因分析システムを提供する。
